Baja California 295, Hipodromo, Mexico City, Mexico
Excellent little place

Nice decoration and very friendly ambiance and staff for this little gem in Mexico city.
They have quite a lot of choice but not that much for vegans.
However, we had a delicious nachos plate with a cheese-like sauce very yummy.
Our tacos were a bit small but very good. Also, the food is fresh and tasty.
We also had a good time just chilling out in this place that looks much better than in the pictures. Nice music too.

The perfect place to share food!

The owner and the staff were super friendly, coming back to serve us more food (at no additional cost), there was a good vibe, and most of all the food was really yummy. They have a decent menu for vegans, and you will come out of the restaurant super full!
I highly recommend! It's a great experience to share food with your friends and your fingers!

Haven't tried any dish but their bliss balls are really tasty and more creative than what you usually find. The place is cosy and decorated nicely. Staff is super friendly.

Yummy and creative

We loved it: my spinach quiche and salad was delicious and beautiful, my partner loved what was on his plate too: meatballs and spaghetti. Everything is raw so don't expect your pasta to look like the classic ones, but you'll probably be amazed by the creativity. We shared a lemon cheese cake that was really yummy, with plenty of flavours and a good texture. Also try the crackers! The only negative point is that you can wait a bit: the girl seems to be working on her own. We noticed that a customer was tired of waiting and left. But it's a new restaurant, I guess the girl just needs to find her pace. I recommend anyway!
538 Pacific Highway, St Leonards
the typical Asian vegan restaurant

It could be better: there's mock meat or tofu in all the dishes and most look all the same. But it could be worse: the staff is friendly and attentive, the food is yummy... I just would like to find a vegan Asian restaurant with fresh seasonal veggies and alternatives to soy.

Good place for a romantic dinner

For my partner's birthday, I was looking for good quality food and a quiet place. Harvest is the perfect restaurant: small candles, friendly staff, a sophisticated presentation in the dishes... The only negative aspect is the creativity: as vegetarians, we are used to a variety of tastes that are not really used in an omnivore cuisine. At Harvest, it's traditional food with no meat. They don't make the most of all the vegetarian / vegan possibilities. But I think it's a good place to bring your carnivore friends, because the food is in line with the kind of tastes they are used to.

Thank you Lonely Planet for mentioning this place! We still can't believe this restaurant was listed: the food is really bad: no flavours, small portions (you'll buy something once in the street to fill you up), useless staff.
Just looking at the food in your plate tells you the story.

This place may become my favourite!

We went there on a Saturday night with 4 people. It's a small place so you should book before coming. We were outside, in their small courtyard: we had blankets and a gas heater and didn't feel cold at all. Nice decoration, friendly staff, very healthy and tasty food. I love it!
Manzanillo y Chiapas, Mexico City, Mexico
Best vegan venue in Mexico DF!

This taqueria is a small food truck with very friendly staff serving excellent vegan tacos with mock meat and vegan cheese. You can choose and self serve extra filling and hot sauce.
There is a lot of options, including 2 vegan cheeses.
Just delicious, super fresh and cheap! Desserts, although not Mexican, are also yummy!
No question why is it so busy. Each time there were many people, mostly young locals enjoying this street food.

Probably the best place to eat out in Shanghai

In 3 days in Shanghai, we went to Kush 3 times: the place is relaxing, the food really yummy and healthy. All the ingredients in the dishes are justified and explained. Raw options. I love this place.
Calle Carrillo Puerto 65, Esq Alberto Zamora, Coyoacan, Mexico City, Mexico
Nice vegetarian / vegan option in Coyoacan

Very friendly staff for this nice little place where we enjoyed good quesadillas and tacos. We are vegan and found options quite easily. The tacos didn't have any veggies, only mock meat, so order some sides to balance! We would have appreciated some extras such as nopales, lime, beans etc, as we found in the other tacos places we tried.
However, they have a lot of options and the ones we tried were tasty.
Not the place we have been but definitely worths visiting.

As a vegeterian / vegan you'll love this place: there's plenty of choice in the menu, including raw food. Very fresh, very tasty. Friendly staff and the place has a good warehouse vibe. Come early, though, even if the place is really big (a beer garden, a mezzanine and a smaller room are added to the warehouse).

THE place to go in the area

Vegans and meat eaters will all have a happy belly after dining at this place. The concept is great: yummy Japanese tapas in a cosy room where you remove your shoes to kneel down to your table. The owners are really cool and fun people too, be prepared to clap your hands on the music!
