New Bazaar Street 52A, Nuwara Eliya, Sri Lanka

Dosa, dosa & samosa ))

12 Apr 2013

We were happy to found this place on our trip through Sri Lanka. This eatery is egg-less, but has some dairy meals. By the way it is 90% vegan. Be aware of ghee - it is cow's milk butter. Typical south indian meals are in the exact recipes. Masala dosa (crispy rice pancake with mixed spicy vegetables inside), perrota (soft rice&wheat pancake) and others rice meals are surrounding with 3-4 currys (mixed vegetable, dhal (peas), soy meat & coconut). Really inexpensive - 5$ for 4 persons. Place is very simple. Many locals & backpackers.

'hotel' Amirthaa is really the best dosa location in Colombo. All time fresh dosas and perfect on-banana-leaf thali at lunch

Too expensive for medium size dishes. It was over crowded at the time of my visit. But this place is popular between saint-petersburgians

too expensive

07 Apr 2013

The most expensive fresh orange juice in Singapore. 6$ for one-orange-inside-with-150ml-ice.
Other food is ok, but it seems that kitchen is common with next door (same owner - raj group) multi cuisine indian restaurant (veg nonveg)

Super tarte chocolate in strategic location

29 Apr 2015

Nice vegan meals, we had seitan with rice and salad, vegetable soup, potato with spicy sauce, 2 tea and chocolate tarte. Everything was tasty. But when I looked to the plates of vegetarian customers - I was disappointed: vegetarians had huge portions! Please give more food to vegans!
Complimentary olives and breadsticks as starter is good idea!
Lifehack: tea is in small pots, ask for hot water extra)

Lenina 15, Petrozavodsk, Russia

The very first veg place in Petrozavodsk

Chisty Vkus has good selection of vegetarian & vegan food. Food seems to be indian-inspired with some typical russian dishes. Highly recommended if you visit Petrozavodsk. This is a small town, so there is no problem to reach this cafe - 10-15-20 minutes from centre of Petrozavodsk by car.

Sukhumvit Soi 24/1, Bangkok, Thailand

Too much fried, not healthy

07 Apr 2013

It was our first place to eat in Thailand. And it was so-so, maybe cause of Singapore (vegan paradise) we visited before. My wife told that her food was too savour and deep fried(
Description of making for me just raw salad took too much time.
Place is clean, but location in dark road between sex&massage saloons was ugly - we were with our 6yrs old kid.

Suntec City Mall, Sky Garden 03-016 Tower 2, 3 Temasek Boulevard, Central Singapore, Singapore

Very nice place

07 Apr 2013

We were there twice during our 10-day trip to Singapore. I am raw-vegan, but my wife and son are vegetarians. So we tried to find place with some raw meals. Loving Hut has perfect salad, I asked not to add any sauce, just lemon. All was completed due to my wishes.
My wife told that there was one of the best soya in Singapore. And food was really good - without extreme noizes in it)))
Stuff speaks english.

moo 4 98/7, Koh Chang, Thailand

the best at koh chang

07 Apr 2013

Non-veg, but really vegan-friendly cafe, serves different russian and ukrainian dishes. We had: borsch (beetroot soup), golubtsy (rice and vegetables rolled in cabbage leaves), vareniki (like boiled chinese wontons) with mashed potato, fried cabbage. Authentic russian and ukrainian food. You can google some russians food especially for religious fasting (it's vegan mostly) and order in this cafe, because stuff is very responsible to all wishes. Food is perfect, like at my home in Russia. Must-try!

Suitable for raw vegans. Nice people cooking. I was eating raw spring rolls and raw sushi rolls. Homemade sauce in rolls was like an explosion of different tastes - herbs and spices.
