Nice food - Service can be very slow
Whilst the menu descriptions don't always sound that exciting, the food is nearly always good here. My one reservation with the food is that the seitan based dishes tend to contain tiny amounts of seitan - 2 or 3 small strips in the stroganoff and a tiny amount in the roast.
The other problem that I have encountered is that the wait between courses can be really long. I like not feeling rushed in restaurants, but have encountered 50 minute waits between courses. The staff are always friendly and apologetic when this happens!
Judging by other reviews maybe I have had some bad luck - I have only been 4 or 5 times so am not a regular. I always want to love any all vegan restaurant!
So I would say that this is a good restaurant - but a bit inconsistent. With a few improvements it could be so much better.

Fabulous Vegan Options
This place is brilliant. Whilst it isn't fully vegetarian, the vegan options are plentiful and clearly marked.
I visited a few times during my stay - the breakfast options are fantastic. My favourite "earth mother" - fried mushrooms, roasted garlic, cashew cheese and superfood pesto on toast - was delicious.
The salads are huge and as good - if not better - than I have had anywhere. The raw cheesecakes were also great. The presentation of the food is also really good.
Some of the best food I ate in Cambodia - and great if you are looking for something a bit different. Only wish they also opened for dinner!
I would give this place 5 stars if Happy Cow allowed me to.

Can't recommend this place enough!
This place is fantastic - it looks great and is really inviting and there is a great range of home cooked food - breakfasts, seitan pie, mash and greens, amazing huge sausage rolls, cakes etc etc. The menu changes regularly and is often really inventive.
They also sell loads of vegan groceries - some of which are very tricky to get hold of normally as well as cut-price vegan cookery books. All of the staff are really friendly. The cafe is a co-operative. There is little to fault really!

Great almost vegan cafe
Great almost vegan cafe (serves cows milk and butter for toast + croissants).. Does not advertise itself as vegan at all, but all cakes are vegan (from Manna bakery), as are the toasted sandwiches, salads and soups. Also a small shop serving various vegan groceries and great bread.
Friendly service, nice chilled atmosphere.

Great Vegan Cafe
A great addition to Camden's ever-growing vegan scene!
Great selection of cakes - double chocolate is highly recommended - and some really nice savoury options. They also make some pretty amazing looking celebration cakes to order.
Prices are pretty low for a place like this and staff are really helpful and friendly.

We visited this restaurant on our last evening in Portland. The food was delicious and the lady serving was able to let us know exactly what was vegan (loads). When we ordered we were given a couple of their new dishes to try out as well. I wish we had visited earlier in our stay and would definitely be a regular if I lived in Portland.

Brilliant vegan comfort food!
We were so pleased to find this place! I really wanted a veggie-burger by this point of my trip had an amazingly good (and huge) home-made burger with cashew cheese here. The bruschetta was also delicious. We ate sitting on the roof terrace - the place feels really welcoming and laid-back.
We chatted to the owner (who is from London) - there are all sorts of events here such as film nights - wish we had been able to stay for a bit longer so we could have gone to a few.
One of my favourite places to eat in Cambodia. Highly recommended.

Nice restaurant - but not good for vegans
This is a really nice busy restaurant with a good atmosphere. However when I last went there was very little for vegans - you have to ask - and unfortunately many dishes that look vegan (and could easily be vegan) aren't.
There was no dessert option for vegans when we went at all.
It is a real shame as Brussels really lags behind other European cities in vegan eating options.
Overall I would say this is great if you are a vegetarian, but probably not worth bothering with if you are a vegan.

Best vegan pizza in London?
Excellent Italian restaurant in increasingly vegan-friendly Dalston. Whilst this is not a vegetarian restaurant, there are extensive vegan choices and the pizzas - with vegan cheese, pepperoni, vegan sausage etc etc - are delicious. Also a number of vegan pasta dishes, salads, garlic bread and desserts. They have a vegan chef working there and it shows! Highly recommended.

Don't bother if you are vegan???
In the old Foyles store, the atmospheric cafe used to be a great place to stop off for a coconut/chocolate vegan flapjack and coffee. The staff were also cool and friendly.
The new modern but rather dull cafe has nothing for vegans whatsoever. Might be OK for vegetarians, but no better than any other bland museum cafe. What a shame!
Update - have contacted the cafe who have assured me they do intend to have a vegan cake option - so going to give them an extra star!

Great for dinner but brunch not so good
This place offers really top quality vegan food with a good range of options. Highly recommended for dinner. The staff are also really friendly.
On the negative side Sunday brunch, which used to be an amazing buffet now consists of a couple of very meagre portions of fairly uninspiring food + bread. Went straight out for lunch after my last visit as was still really hungry!
Reservation system also a bit erratic - emails are often not answered and opening times are variable.
On the positive side therefore I would highly recommend this place for lunch or dinner as it does offer some of the best vegan cooking in Paris.

Fantastic Vegan Rustic Food
I love this place - went twice on my last visit to Paris. Very small and atmospheric restaurant with really friendly staff. Food is mainly veganised French classics - the French onion soup and seitan bourginon are highly recommended! It is generally packed so it is a good idea to book ahead.

One of the best Loving Huts!
Have been coming to this place for years. Fabulous extensive and very reasonably priced menu (fish and chips are great) - run by really lovely staff.
Highly recommended - getting very busy nowadays so may be worth making a booking.

Some of the best vegan food in London
Over the past couple of years we have found that Manna is one of the best, if not the best, restaurants for vegan (and vegetarian)food in London. The service is friendly, and the restaurant has a really good ambience. Most importantly the food is great. It is always beautifully presented and there is always an interesting additional daily option.

Great Central London Institution
Fantastic place with loads of vegan options. Mushroom pie + wedges + mushy pies, smoked tofu sausages + mash + greens and pecan pie all highly recommended! Staff are laid-back and great.
Be warned - no bookings can mean a long wait so be ready to have a drink or two at the bar before dinner.
Soon to be a branch in Camden too!

Love this place!
Amazing cupcakes, but also all sorts of other cakes, biscuits and savouries. I love the fact that Ms Cupcake dispels the myth that vegan food can't sometimes be a bit decadent. The 50's style shop looks great - and the staff are always cheerful and friendly.
London is so lucky to have this place!

Great Vegan Thai Food
Thai restaurant with a great range of vegan options - they use VBites chicken or tofu. Staff are really friendly and well informed - they use a separate curry paste for the veggie dishes so for once no problems with fish sauce! Food was delicious and really great atmosphere. Wines are also labelled as vegan. Highly recommended.

Great place - Lots of vegan options
Really great Palestinian vegetarian place with loads of vegan options clearly marked on the menu.
Loads of delicious breads - could do with a few more dips and salads on the menu, but everything we tried was great.
