Relativamente caro pero vale la pena, nos alojamos en el hotel(espectacular) y cenamos allí 3 veces. Todo increíble, sabroso y bien picantón. Visita obligada en Jaisalmer. La terraza enamora.

Read moreWe thought this place was too good to be true when it offered clearly labelled vegan dishes and vegan parmesan on the menu. I checked twice when ithe cheese was served as to us as it looked suspiciously like dairy. I was assured both times it was vegan (I explained what vegan meant). I was still unsure and never ate any of the cheese. At the end of the meal I asked what the cheese was and we were told the cheese was vegetarian and not vegan.
I would not trust this place if you are a vegan or have any food allergies. The food is expensive and nothing special, and I have no idea if what we did eat was vegan.

"1st gate" is not only a beautiful hotel, the rooftop restaurant serves very delicious food, vegetarian and vegan! they also have glutenfree options. The staff is lovely and very friendly.
