2026: half animal products. - Edit
2026 update: half of the flavours contain animal products now. So disappointing.
Read moreOriginal 2022 review: We had to ask the server to double check; the entire shop is vegan! There were 6 flavours. We tried choc chip and pecan caramel and they were delicious! I highly recommend trying one. I ate mine so fast I forgot to take a photo.
Update: I also tried the hazelnut white hot chocolate which was very very sweet but nice. They do a whole range of hot and cold drinks.

Not even vegetarian anymore - Edit
They decided to add animal-derived items in their menu, including even gelatine.

Not impressed - Edit
I had high expectations after seeing the reviews but I was not impressed. The cookies looked good I was especially interested in the marshmallow special but to my surprise not only it contained dairy but also gelatine! So I was already disappointed as I was expecting the place to be fully vegan. I still decided to try one of the vegan ones and I picked the pecan pie. It tasted like a regular cookie really not great AND I could only eat the borders as it was fully row in the middle. I don't know if I was just unlucky but personally would not recommend this place.

No longer vegan - Edit
I have been buying cookies and milkshakes from this place for years: inexplicably on world vegan day they have just announced that they are no longer going to be fully vegan. Why they would drop their USP when there are so many other regular cookie places is beyond me. I recommend visiting the excellent - and vegan owned - Cream Dream nearby for sweet treats in the future.

Very nice coffee and cookies - Edit
Really good cookies and a good choice of hot and cold drinks. Adding some savoury options would be an excellent next step.

We really enjoyed our cookies! - Edit
Cute place and lovely cookies. The staff was probably a bit overwhelmed and tired from the day as we had a bit of a hard time communicating.

Incredible service - Edit
Incredible service. They helped me decide between all the options. Server was vegan themselves, very friendly, and kindly gave me great recommendations of places for dinner. Delicious stuffed cookies, high quality and good value. Unfortunately the milkshake machine was temporarily out of order when I visited so couldn't have one, but pictures looked amazing.

Gooey mouthwatering cookies - Edit
I have been trying to find chewy gooey cookies since forever. Most didn’t satisfy me, even when I wasn’t vegan. These are perfect! Soft and soooo tasty. My favourites - of the ones I tasted - Chocolate Chunk and Pecan Pie. The do seasonal options. Have sitting area.

Best cookies in London - Edit
First time visit although I have ordered floozies for delivery previously. The shop didn't disappoint. Cookies are off the scale, and the milkshakes were lovely. It's expensive but in the heart of covent garden its what you expect.

Tasty! - Edit
I find it so entertaining that Floozie don’t brand themselves as vegan and (maybe as a result) are so popular. It’s hilarious to see the shock on people’s faces in the store when they realise 😂 Tasty cookies with some gluten-free options. Although Floozie try their best to reduce cross-contamination, they do use the same oven for all cookies, so GF options are not suitable for those with a serious allergy or coeliac.

Being right in the middle of Covent Garden, and so instagrammable, I had low expectations for these cookies. However, they were the best cookies I’ve ever had and I will get them every time I come to London from now on!
