A dream for sushi lovers - Edit
I cannot describe how amazing the sushi tastes. It‘s magic… I was lucky enough to have great sushi in different countries, including Japan, but I have yet to discover a place that makes sushi so well.

The sushi pieces look amazing, and taste even better: I found it to be a perfect balance between excellent consistency and taste. The taste, in turn, appears to carefully combine subtle, but also deep and complex tastes, leaving you mesmerized after the first bite.
The sets I ordered were brought in intervals, with the first plate coming soon after ordering. This allowed me to enjoy the sushi as fresh as possible; a detail I appreciated very much.
Finally, the different plates with varrying pieces came with a certain synergy between them, as if the Chef was guiding us me on a discovery path of tastes.
One can only imagine the effort and dedication it must have taken to achieve this culinary perfection. Huge respect to the Chef!
This small restaurant is run by a family. From what I understand, the father prepares the sushi, while the mother and the son serve customers.
In addition to the amazing sushi, the beautiful environment and the lovely service staff make a visit to „Nori“ an unforgetable experience.

Read moreFist of all, staff is very kind. I really do hope this place becomes a succes because I do wish them the best. Very nice people, ready to help you with questions and genuine interest in their guests.
Food was delicious though the beef almost tasted and looked more like a deli meat (boterhamworst) to us. And it's a bit sad that they are so close to fully vegan but choose to also serve non vegan items.
Also, I get that this is a starting business but the restaurant itself is tiny with only 5 tables or so. Which means that (in winter) you get a gust of cold air ever time someone enters or leaves. No music was playing and aside from us there was only one other table which made it feel a little bit awkward at times. I do want to return to support them but might go for take out next time..
Pros: So many choices, super friendly owners, good food
Cons: So close to fully vegan, tiny place with no music, drinks in cans

Heerlijk gegeten bij deze nieuwe aanwinst van Rotterdam! Ik reis normaal door het land heen om goede vegan sushi te scoren en nu heeft Rotterdam het eindelijk zelf. Smaakvol en goede porties. Super vriendelijk familie restaurant die vanuit liefdevolle normen en waarden tegenover dieren kiest voor volledig vegan.

Vandaag hier geweest. sushi zijn werkelijk verrukkelijk. Ook de wok gerechten zijn echt heel goed van smaak met huisgemaakte sauzen en lekker verse groenten. Echt een aanrader. ps. Service was goed en personeel waren super aardig. Echt top!

Wat een buitengewone ervaring bij Vega Sushi Puls Wok! Dit 100% plantaardige restaurant heeft mijn verwachtingen overtroffen. De verse ingrediënten gaven de sushi een verrassend heerlijke smaak, en de wokgerechten waren een perfecte balans van smaken en texturen. De aangename sfeer en attente service maakten mijn diner extra speciaal. Een absolute aanrader voor iedereen, of je nu veganist bent of gewoon van fantastisch eten houdt!

New cute sushi and wok place in the center. The space is clean and neat, staff is very friendly. The menu is big, they have sushi, sashimi, main dishes and side dishes. We ordered 4 tipes of sushi rolls and they were all very good.
Read moreOn a negative side: they advertise themselves as 100% vegan (is written in the menu and on the shop window) but they have some dishes (wok) where it is possible to add eggs. They also have a drink with milk, it is a Chinese coconut drink and if we wouldn’t have checked the ingredients, we wouldn’t have expected it. Overall, good food and I’m curious to try more!
Pros: Many options, Very friendly staff, Cute interior
Cons: They are not vegan despite advertising as such
