A dream for sushi lovers - Edit
I cannot describe how amazing the sushi tastes. It‘s magic… I was lucky enough to have great sushi in different countries, including Japan, but I have yet to discover a place that makes sushi so well.
Read moreThe sushi at „Nori“ is very elaborate, ranging from the classics all the way to what seems to be the chef’s personal creations.
The sushi pieces look amazing, and taste even better: I found it to be a perfect balance between excellent consistency and taste. The taste, in turn, appears to carefully combine subtle, but also deep and complex tastes, leaving you mesmerized after the first bite.
The sets I ordered were brought in intervals, with the first plate coming soon after ordering. This allowed me to enjoy the sushi as fresh as possible; a detail I appreciated very much.
Finally, the different plates with varrying pieces came with a certain synergy between them, as if the Chef was guiding us me on a discovery path of tastes.
One can only imagine the effort and dedication it must have taken to achieve this culinary perfection. Huge respect to the Chef!
This small restaurant is run by a family. From what I understand, the father prepares the sushi, while the mother and the son serve customers.
In addition to the amazing sushi, the beautiful environment and the lovely service staff make a visit to „Nori“ an unforgetable experience.

I visited here for dinner and got a spread of several dishes to try. You can really tell everything is made fresh and with love. There is such an array of options - replicants for just about any ‘regular sushi’ you could imagine. Prices are very reasonable and the staff are lovely. It’s a very small restaurant with just a few tables, and also good to note there is no alcohol served here. Overall I was blown away with the taste and variety offered here. A must visit!

My partner had the seitan-based peking duck, also mindblowing! Still wondering how the chef gets the seitan that juicy.
We will definitely visit again!

De Sushi is werkelijk heerlijk, mijn kat dacht echt dat het vis was, ze bleef miauwen😻voor ieder die wel sushi wil, maar plantaardig eet, dit is echt een uitkomst. Ik ga snel ook de andere gerechten van het menu proberen.

We were new to vegan sushi, the staff was very helpful and patient with us. He gave us recommendations and helped us with the selection. It was all very good. The soup was delicious, the sushi was really good in particular the dragon roll (best seller, recommended by the staff) and the peking duck was also very good.

I'm not a big sushi connoisseur but I can tell this is a good one. And everything is vegan... Usually being able to choose between two sorts of Maki and that's it.. The quality of the product is great and fresh. Service was quick and friendly. I just can wait to go back!

The Best Asian Food We Have Ever Eaten - Edit
My husband and I have been vegan since 1991 and 1990 respectively. We just went to Nori for the first time and not only is it the best vegan Asian food we have ever eaten, it is the best Asian food period, and I am in my late 60s and my husband in his early 60s. Lots of meals in all those years. We had Vegan Peking Duck, Vegan Lamb Curry, Chickun with Kongbao Sauce and cashews, and Dragon Sushi and Flamed Beef Truffle (we are huge eaters but had to take the Lamb Curry home because we were so full). The restaurant is beautifully appointed and the meals are served beautifully. The family who owns the restaurant is lovely and the service is terrific. We will go back and back again and when there is a special occasion, it is the kind of place that is perfect for a celebration as well. Nori is highly recommended whether you are vegan or not.

We tried a variety of dishes with ups and downs. The bihoen Singapore chikun was disappointing and you should order the gyoza definitely steamed, not fried as we did. The restaurant should focus more on sushi and drop dishes that you can get in any Asian restaurant because the sushi is good. We had the 10 out of 10 box and another four pieces of uramaki tuna. Our favorites were the uramaki and maki. On the side, we had the tea pot. You should drink it relatively quickly because it gets very strong in the end. The staff is very kind.

We’ve been here twice in two weeks because it is just that good! So satisfying and a large range of options. We had the Shanghai and wonton soups, different dumplings as appetizers, Singapore noodles, Chinese noodles w/ ‘chicken’, tjap tjoy, and Peking duck. They were all amazing, and I can’t wait to try something else next time we’re around!

Been here twice and still have so many things on the menu I want to try. Both rolls and wok menus were fantastic. Generally fusion Asian food which are very creative and works very well taste-wise.
