I just love their gimbap

This place is special for me. I love their food. Especially gimbap. I want it so often! Its simple but comforting. Atmosphere and people are nice. Affortable. And kind taste😄probably the only bunsik place that doesnt use all the cheap ingredients from china. You can taste the difference.

Vegan bunsik

I’ve been really missing Korean bunsik since going vegan so this was a true treat. Ordered “ham” kimbap and fried “chicken”. Food came with a cup of soup (traditionally fish cake soup) like you’d get at other bunsik stores. Flavours were good but the chicken “meat” was pretty tough to chew. Also I went at around 3-4pm and it was pretty difficult getting a seat. There were two big tables right in front and three small tables at the back. Would love to come back to try the rest of the menu.

Pros: All vegan, Great price, Lots of choice

Cons: Limited and mostly outdoor seating

Unsure

This place is inspired by Supreme Master Ching Hai and run by followers of her.
When we first got there, we were a little surprised since the place didn’t seem to be clean, the tables were a little dirty and sticky and the menu was sticky as well.
The food though was really good, even though we suppose the ramen were instant ramen. The dumplings were tasty. But the overall experience wasn’t as good as we thought it would be. We did not feel completely comfortable.

Delicious lunch or quick dinner spot!

In my opinion, this is a great spot for a quick casual dinner or a lunch. Best dumplings in Seoul in my opinion, both in the soup and fried!

Amazing

When I went to Korea 2.5 years ago, I didn't like the food tbh. Didn't matter where I ate, it was "eh" at most. This place was different: The food was fkn amazing! My omni friend loved the food as well. The pricing is very reasonable, cheap even I would say. Wished I'd lived closer to this restaurant, I would've eaten here everyday to avoid all the disappointments and money wastes. For me, it was the best Korean food experience.

Pros: All vegan, Cheap, Delicious

Cons: Nothing

Cosy stall, Good street food

The owner is the sweetest, provide me with blanket and warmer because the weather turned really cold that day.
If you miss have fish cakes and tteobokki along the streets. This is the place. Kimbap is nice and must try thr Seasoned spicy soy "chicken".

Pros: Nice street food, Cozy corner , Good price

Budget and good food.

We Came 2nd time 3 years ago. Thot that standard was the same but now... It became better. The. Soy chicken is softer now, the tteoobokki was more tasty. Didn't fail to impress for this price.

Pros: Vegan menu, Budget, Modest

Cons: Can't think of any

Nice little place

First time I came here I ordered the kimbab, odeng, & soy chicken. I found everything to be just okay. I came here a second time & ordered the dumpling rice cake soup along with the California roll. So far my favorite dish is the dumpling rice cake soup. It was just what I needed on a cold winter day! Also, the people who work here are super sweet which is important to me!

Pros: Kind workers, affordable prices

Love.

I cannot come to Insadong without at least getting a tofu gimbap to go! I’ve tried most everything on the menu…it’s all delicious and the people are so nice!! I came here when I first moved to Seoul and finding this restaurant was also my first time in Insadong. So so cool.

Amazing food - low price

This place is a must to stop by.
They have delicious food which also my non-vegan friends loved!!
I ordered some more take-away after we finished our meals... and everything is comparably really cheap!
My favourites are the ham sushi (ham Kimbap) & 'chicken' wings
All vegan of course!!
Definitely recommend!

Pros: Tasty, Cheap

Cons: Not many seats for dine-in (also not very cozy)

Great place to stop by

This small restaurant is worth visiting! It's quite small and they have a few tables outside. A lot of vegan restaurants in Korea offer international food, so it was great to find a place where they offer traditional Korean dishes. We had Tteokbokki and Gimbap (we already had something to eat before but we wanted to try the food here anyway). They are really kind people working there and we were glad that we stopped by! I definitely recommend it!

Pros: Traditional Korean dishes, Good price, Delicious

All rumors are true

We went here three times during our nine-days stay in Seoul. The rich tasting dishes are small but also very cheap, so go for one dish if you feel like snacking or put together a meal of two maybe three dishes from the menu. I will highly recommend you try the Spicy Soy Chicken.

Pros: All vegan food, Very tasty and cheap dishes, Friendly staff
