A small stall that offers vegan bread (banh mi chay) and soy milk. On full moon days (the 1st and 15th of the month) vegan pho (noodle soup) is also offered. Open Mon 9:00am-11:30pm, Tue-Sun 9:00am-8:30pm, Thu-Sun 6:30am-9:30am. Hours reported to be irregular.

Street food stall with one vegan banh mi. The taste is average, but it’s only 15k, which is as cheap as it gets. They skimp on the ingredients, not putting much into the bread. The lady is very friendly though and if you don’t want something inside your baguette, she won’t put it. Don’t ask for more of something though, she won’t put more - I tried 🤭

The sandwich here was really good — fresh, flavorful, and such a nice way to enjoy the classic street-food banh mi experience in a fully vegan version. I just wish they added a bit more filling inside. I wouldn’t mind if the price increased slightly to match, because the flavors are great and the bread is perfect; it would just make the sandwich feel more complete. Still, it’s a solid option and a fun little spot to grab a vegan banh mi in Hoi An.

Best Banh Mi I’ve ever had - Edit
I’ve tried banh mi several times before, and always just thought it was just okay. Never really got the hype. That was until I tried this place. The bread is crispy, and the filling is so so so good. And if that’s not enough, it’s also super cheap. 10/10 would recommend.

See the title. Little banh mi stall next to another drinks stall selling banh mi chay for 20k each. Bread is crisp, good filling, what else do you need???? Go here if you want more fillings and more flavour than the more well known option Banh Mi Phuong. Amazing amazing chilli sauce/oil.
