A small stall that offers vegan bread (banh mi chay) and soy milk. On full moon days (the 1st and 15th of the month) vegan pho (noodle soup) is also offered. Open Mon 9:00am-11:30pm, Tue-Sun 9:00am-8:30pm, Thu-Sun 6:30am-9:30am. Hours reported to be irregular.

See the title. Little banh mi stall next to another drinks stall selling banh mi chay for 20k each. Bread is crisp, good filling, what else do you need???? Go here if you want more fillings and more flavour than the more well known option Banh Mi Phuong. Amazing amazing chilli sauce/oil.

Maybe even in the whole county. For only 20K (€.70) you get a delicious vegan banh mi. It’s the only thing on the menu and she does it so well. If you’re in Hoi a you must try!

There's no menu; they only sell one thing—a vegan banh mi. It's great for a light meal or a snack. Baguette was excellent, super crispy, light and airy. Fillings were tasty, although I felt they could've been a little more generous with them.

I struggle to believe anyone would be disappointed with this. Such good food for 20000 VND. You get every filling in one so every bite is a slightly different flavour profile, the bread is great and the fillings are incredibly flavourful. This could be priced a lot higher and still be a great buy.

There are many fine vegan restaurants in Hoi An but sometimes you just want something lighter. Assuming you want to stay true to vegan, this can be hard to do however this modest street stall solves the problem with a great Banh Mi 100% vegan and a very friendly server to match the fantastic taste of the food.
