A small stall that offers vegan bread (banh mi chay) and soy milk. On full moon days (the 1st and 15th of the month) vegan pho (noodle soup) is also offered. Open Mon 9:00am-11:30pm, Tue-Sun 9:00am-8:30pm, Thu-Sun 6:30am-9:30am. Hours reported to be irregular.

I loved it. It’s filled with a variety of ingredients and that for only 15.000 VND 🤤🥳😍 For me it was perfect however I don’t think they offer different options. All ingredients are listed on the blue menu.

Read moreIt was the best Banh Mi I've ever had and I eat them a lot and make pretty excellent ones myself. Super flavour with Vietnamese Coriander. They do something to the Jews ear mushrooms they put inside which gets rid of their unpleasant squeeky chewiness. I'm coming back every day I'm in Hoi An for sure.
