Perfect - Edit

Found this place by accident. Now I have created an account just to tell you how good the Banh my was. Amazing amazing. I was thinking of making my own vegetarian banh my, now I have something to compare it to!

Pros: Super friendly woman, Vegetarian Cơm tấm next to her, Cheap and easy. 10k

Cons: She doesn't deliver , I can't eat one right now.

The best sandwich I’ve ever had!!! - Edit

Absolutely delicious banh mi!! The lady making them was so lovely and let me have a seat with her friend whilst she was making my food. We only stayed in Hoi An for two days and the first morning I went at 10am and couldn’t find the stall but went again the next morning at 8am and she was there.

Pros: Delicious!, Cheap (10k VND), Friendly Service

Cons: Have to get there early before she runs out

incredible! - Edit

Most delicious banh mi!! The lady is lovely and she has a beautiful and friendly dog that stays with her at the stall, and follows her on her bike when she needs to get more bread. The banh mi is very fresh and crusty and the filling is delicious. And only 10,000 dong!

Pros: fresh bread, delicious filling , lovely and friendly owner

Cheap and delicious banh mi - Edit

This banh mi cart is run by a sweet, friendly woman. These were the best banh mi chay we have had in Vietnam and yet the cheapest at only 10k each! Peppers are optional but add a nice kick.

Went during the full moon day. She only sells pho in the morning and then around 3pm she sells banh mi. On regular days, she sells banh mi early in the morning.

Yummy vegan bahn mi! - Edit

This little stand makes the most delicious vegan bahn mi - Vietnamese sandwiches. Crispy bread, multiple greens, yummy sauces - all for less than 50 cents! It seems that they may only be there in the morning, though. On the northeast corner of the intersection.

The tastiest vegan banh mi we’ve had in Vietnam. And for 10 000 dong you literally couldn’t ask for more. Unless it’s another 10 sandwiches please :P

Cheap and Delicious - Edit

These are cheap and delicious. Some street stalls will overcharge you because you are foreign, but not this lovely lady! Not only are they great value (only 10K VND) but they have real taste sensations. She is open from 6-10am and when I got there today she had just run out of bread - but, she went off on her bike to pick up some fresh rolls especially for me.
There is one option, it is vegan and you will not regret making this your port of call for your early morning start.

Pros: Taste, Price, Vegan

Cons: Only open 4 hours a day!!

what a treat! - Edit

Delicious vegan banh mi with super crispy bread and tons of ingredients. The chilli sauce isn't too hot and is very tasty. We got the last one of the day! Chucking it down with rain and the friendly lady was still all smiles. She doesn't seem to be there every day (this was our third attempt) but it's worth persevering!

Well banh mi vegan - Edit

Pick up a delicious vegan banh mi to start your day the right way. The lovely lady will fill the freshly made bread with many delicious things as she always does or you can personalise it. Extra chilli for me. It's right on the corner of an intersection, so the vietnamese drivers will keep you entertained while you wait.

Pros: cheap, delicious all vegan

Cons: only open 6am-10am

Fantastic Bahn my at such a great price (only 10k each). Makes a great breakfast before you check out Hoi An Ancient Town. Just don't show up there at 12 wondering where the cart is like we did the first time. They are only there till 10am.

Pros: Delicious Bahn My!, Incredible value, Friendly ladies

Cons: Only open in the mornings , No soy milk when we went
