Such a cozy resturant w delicious food! Even tho the "fish" taco (starter) lacked a bit of flavour - all in all the food was very good, recommend the mushroom burger. The peanut butter brownie was amazing!!

I went here with an Omni friend for dinner and we both loved. The food with delicious, portion sizes were good, atmosphere was buzzing and the service was fantastic.

I’m giving the VB five-plus stars for their incredibly delicious vegan cakes; and two stars for their meals. The only ppl I know who like this establishment are non-veg*ns. My perspective is: great for takeaway vegan cakes (berry cheesecake and chocolate brownies are standouts), but don’t bother eating in.

Great place. Only just managed to get two seats during a busy lunchtime - and we went there early. Pizzas Margherita and Funghi were excellent choices. Good selection of teas too. Will definitely visit again next time we’re in Melbourne.

Good food but when talking to the waitress she told us everything was vegan in the restaurant. We ended up having a cheese cake.. made with real cheese and cream without knowing so. This obviously spoiled the day.

I love the huge menu here with almost every cuisine convered. By far my favorite dish is sang choi bow, with a beautiful chargrilled flavor. Rice balls were good, taco just okay. Gnocchi was smooth and dense, with lovely roast pumpkin and beetroot, plus a wonderful almond feta. The apple crumble was possibly the best I had ever eaten. Loved my whole experience here.

You can’t go wrong here for vegan dining. I’ve been eating here for almost 30 years and have always enjoyed it. Has evolved to cater to a wider range of palettes and diets and is changing all the time.

i find myself going here a lot when in the area because you can never really go wrong at vegie bar! there's a few things on the menu that i don't love (like the gnocchi is a bit meh) but most of the things are really good and it's such a nice place i love it there. i LOVE the laksa.

We had dinner there on a cold winter day in 2017, after a whole day of walking around (being tourists that what we did). I had rice paper rolls and maybe the most delicious laksa I've ever had. That bowl of soup was phenomenal

ok and worth a visit due to its legacy however the service was average and some of the dishes I’ve tried have been disappointing. It can get quite crowded and I feel this may affect the quality of the food being produced. The prices are also quite high compared to other vegan options in the area that are of a higher standard
