Fantastic food & Service - Edit
We arrived an hour early for breakfast and they let us in straight away. I had the Sunshine Breakfast and it was so tasty. The oreo milkshake was also fantastic. My partner had a smoothie with added protein which he wolfed down!

Vegan mac can taste good?? - Edit
Incredible mac n cheese, I wish I knew how they did it!! A little pricey but there are some fun options and lots of sides. I got the "ribs", which came with 2 sides plus cornbread, so it felt like a feast, and I had a lot of leftovers. The only thing I didn't really like was the cornbread.

Been hearing a lot about this place, so when I was in Buffalo for an appointment, we went. My sister (omnivore) said the Mac n cheese was one of the best she’s had. The collared greens, fries, and po boy were good, but the WINGS (I got honey mustard) were fantastic- there were many, and they were textured perfect and smothered in sauce.

Some of The Best Vegan Comfort Food I've Ever Had - Edit
Look: don't go here if you're on a diet! Just... don't! Seriously, you don't go here for that; go find yourself a smoothie hut or whatever if that's what you're worried about. You go here to indulge in some of the best vegan comfort food you'll ever have. They have everything from vegan wings with various sauces to Southern dishes. I had the pleasure of sampling the vegan ribs with a few sides, including jalapeno cornbread, collard greens, and mac and cheese. All were excellent. In fact, I think this is one of the best Southern vegan dishes I've ever had. The staff is extremely friendly, and as my wife and I were ordering, a regular said, "I've been here a hundred times, and everything is amazing." It doesn't get much better than that for a customer review! We will definitely be back.

Sunshine Vegan Eats provides a great dinner during a work trip. I loved the wings and the sugar cane is a great touch. I wish I lived closer so I could eat my way through the entire menu.

My husband and I had lunch here while visiting Buffalo. We ate on the outdoor patio. Service was so friendly and fast too. The food was really good! I had a Pastelillo and the Sunshine Vegan Wrap; my husband had the Buffalo Chicken Wrap. Everyone was really good!

We were in town dropping off a kid to school and paid this great place a visit. We ordered online but picked up some extras. The menu was full of familiar comfort foods. We had the flatbread pizza and impossible egg rolls. We had the cookies for dessert. The service was friendly. Will visit again when in town!

I absolutely loved meeting the owner, she was a gem and had an amazing story to tell. She gave out free juice/shot samples and gave water to those in need. Actions speak so much louder than words, she definitely deserves those awards! The fried chicken platter was super filling, and all the sides were very tasty. Sunshine Vegan Eats is a must try if you're in the area!! We are from Rochester but would definitely make the drive to eat here again. Everything is vegan, and they have a wide variety of options. Fresh juices, desserts, appetizers, smoothies, entrees like fried chicken, ribs, and more! We got a bunch of stuff to split and we absolutely loved everything! This food left us full and satisfied. Vegan comfort food at its finest! Some of my favorites were the impossible egg rolls, the yams, the collard greens, the banana pudding and the vegan ribs but honestly there wasn't a single item I've tried that I didn't like. Plus, the staff were incredible!

If you haven't tried this all vegan food stop, please put it on your bucket list! My favorite dish is the impossible loaf, then niyah, and the burgers! The cookie monster shake is too tasty and the cookies are always warm and chewy. Excited that they are expanding to a second location on Gilmore, good luck!

We tried the ribs, meatloaf, mac and cheese, mashed potatoes, and yams. Everything was amazing, but the meatloaf along with the mac and cheese was heavenly! Nikki and her staff are wonderful as well! Don’t miss out on some of the best food in Buffalo!

Oh my god. This place is UNBELIEVABLY good. I got the Jefferson shrimp po’boy and my partner got the chicken and waffles. AMAZING. They use oyster mushrooms for fried chicken, which is hands down my favorite meat substitute. Not too sure about how the shrimp is made, but it has a great texture. Pricing is great as well. 10/10 totally recommend will be back all the time.

We got the 893 fried chicken which came with fried oyster mushrooms, cornbread, peach cobbler, and 3 sides which we got mac and cheese, greens, and yams. It's literally the best vegan fried chicken you can get. Everything else was very good too! And they were huge portions

I ordered steak and rice, the broccoli were all mushy, the sauce was awful, tasted like corn starch mixed with water, that’s it. The looks of the dish was not appetizing. The steak was the only thing that was passable. I could have gone to KFC and bought a plant based burger that tasted better and much cheaper.

I had their special which was fried “chicken” with THREE SIDES!! And corn bread!! And peach cobbler !!!
And a ginger/tumeric cold drink!!!
The crispy breaded “chicken” was incredible!! The oyster mushroom inside was so good!! I’ll definitely be back, with friends & family in tow.
It is so nice to have a real vegan meal!!
Pros: Food is so delicious!, Folks behind the counter are super nice!, They have a nice patio AND free parking!
