Delicious and so satisfying - Edit
This is my new go-to spot for vegan comfort food. Everything is vegan. I had the special for the day, fish and grits with tofu scramble and home fries. It was magic.

I've had a number of dishes from Sunshine Vegan Eats and have enjoyed everything. They have burgers and impossible beef hoagies, my favorite dish so far has been the carrot tuna sandwich. Next on my list is the shirmp po boy. Keep up the great work!

My favorite Vegan restaurant in the Buffalo area - Edit
SVE offers an array of tasty all vegan options including seitan buffalo chicken wings (best vegan chicken wings I have had), burgers, tacos, wraps, various sandwiches, smoothies and juices, shakes and cookies. The food is very tasty and satisfying. Portions are generous. The staff and owner are super nice. I love that the owner is unapologetically vegan and promotes vegan lifestyle in a fun way. Honestly, now that we found this place, it will be our preferred go-to restaurant. Highly recommend this place!

My wife and I visited multiple times on our trip to Buffalo the whole fam loved it. Favorites were the Buffalo chi'kn sandwich, & the pretzel bun sliders. We tried lots it was all very good. Coming from Cali we honestly didn't have high expectations but boy were we wrong. Good food is good food no matter what city your in & these guys do it right! Oh yeah cookies got Crack in them watch out!!

I had the shrimp po boy which i believe is called The Johnson(?), i might be wrong but either way it was delicious! Real home cut fries completes the meal! I’d definitely go back.

Saturday afternoon, I called to order, told 25 minute wait, but took 50. Loaded fries very yummy & spicy. Loaded nacho was ok. Spinach wrap had a LOT of kale/greens, good seasoning, oily. I’d try sandwich & not Saturday next time.

This owner is full of sunshine. Her food is amazing, so good! They are very busy so the timing is sometimes off but I’m sure it will improve as they get the swing of it. But I highly recommend, everything I’ve had is great.

We don’t have many all vegan restaurants in Western NY. I’m always happy to see new options. We had green monster juices, shrimp tacos and sunshine wrap. All yummy! As a former seafood lover and newly minted vegan, I was excited to have some yummy “shrimp”. There are some healthy options at this place and plenty of non healthy ones too. It’s all balance. Check this place out!

I went with my mom on a Friday afternoon and it was quite busy! We had to wait probably a half hour for our food. We ordered the sunshine wrap and fish taco special along with 2 green monsters (green juice). Everything tasted very good but I thought it was a bit expensive for just a wrap with no sides and 2 small tacos with no sides. All in all happy to see a fully vegan restaurant so busy in Buffalo!

First time customer but will definitely be back again this week to try other things on the menu. Ordered the philly sandwhich with fries and a smoothie. The food portions are generous and the philly “steak” sandwich was amazing! The sauce was creamy and flavorful.

Read moreWe got the shrimp po'boy and the fish sandwich. But were delicious. The shrimp was perfectly crispy, great sauce, on a hoagie roll (seemed like from Costanza's, a local establishment).
The fish sandwich was on a super soft roll, perfect sauce, and the texture was out of this world! Super realistic and the best vegan fish we've ever had. And weve sampled a lot of fried vegan fish n chips!
Sunshine Vegan Eats is Black-owned too, so go show your support! The chef is an awesome woman who we got to briefly meet when ordering. Her infectious energy and love for food was obvious!
Can't wait to come back and try more of the extensive menu 😍
There is also an outdoor patio with 4 tables to sit at!

Vegan southern cuisine nothing short of amazing!!! Soups sandwiches and smoothies are great. The tuna appetizer definitely a crowd pleaser, this little gem even offers wellness juices. One stop shop for all your vegan cravings.

Tried this place in the middle of the coronavirus scare and I was happy to brave the unknown to enjoy a relaxing afternoon sipping on an amazing peanut butter vanilla milkshake eating a shrimp po boy. If the world ends, I will do my best to save the chef so I can happily eat all the vegan goodness this restaurant offers.
