Today's adventure took place at Colter Bay where I found myself trying their "Seasonal Impossible Burger". This season's flavours consisted of an Impossible Burger with caramelized slices of pear and apple on a bed of arugula topped with vegan mozzarella cheeses. Burger itself was nice and juicy and the fruit was an interesting combination. I think next time I would order it without the bun as the bread itself overpowered everything and didn't really taste that nice. Menu overall didn't have much of a veg selection but it's nice places are putting in the effort and including a meal or two. Popular place so you'll probably find yourself there and at least your Omni friends can't complain. Haha.
Read morePrices were fair for what you got. Still very full actually and staff was friendly to interact with. Overall though options were limited I'll go back cause they seem to be one of the few places that know how to make a juicy Impossible Burger.
Oh. Almost forgot about the fries. They were nice and crispy but def on the salty side. Order with no salt and season it yourself. Couldn't finish them.

Had the impossible burger special which was topped with coleslaw, daiya cheddar, BBQ jack fruit and crispy onions...it was delicious. Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable.

Good vegan options - Edit
Separate section of the menu for vegans. They have the impossible burger, black bean burger, nachos, and soft pretzels. The soft pretzels have melted cheese instead of a cheese sauce which would be better.
