We’ve eaten at Red Sparrow a few times over the past two years and it’s always so good! Tonight, we tried a couple of sides along with our pizzas. The arancini were delicious, and the not wings were SO good! We’ve been craving something similar to wings since turning vegan and we weren’t disappointed!! The pizzas were delicious; great flavour, perfect bases, and a yummy range of toppings! Heartily recommend Red Sparrow!!

Incredible vegan pizza with a lot of flavor, and the charred crust was pure perfection! We ordered the Bianca pizza plus bacon and the G.O.A.T. pizza minus caramelized onions. Everything was spot on, the goat cheese soooo realistic, and we sat outside to enjoy our pizzas while people-watching.

Super tasty and fresh pizzas. The cheese is super melty and the drink options are great. Not my first visit here, and definitely won’t be my last. I have to say my favourite pizza is the BBQ chicken. I also love how you can see them make the pizza from scratch inside!

I used to avoid coming here as they were a bit greasy but the quality has drastically improved off late. The food is pricey but competitive with other establishments that also serve pizza at the same price more or less.

Ordered the kimchi and mushroom meat pizza (surprisingly SO GOOD), Arancini and spicy chips (actually not spicy at all)
Not pictured here are other items I’ve tried before and can vouch for - Patata Bravas, Hawaiian, Verde and Puttanesca.
Their Collingwood store is wheelchair friendly, however toilets are outside with steps and not wheelchair accessible.
Pros: Good range of options, Fast service , Taste

The pizza was extremely delicious and there were so many great and also unusual and cool pizzas to choose from. We had "Not wings" for a starter and these were the best wings we have had so far! So definitely try these as well if you like vegan wings :)

Best Vegan Pizza I’ve ever had - Edit
It’s really that good. Went with my partner for dinner and ordered the wood-fired broccolini with whipped almond feta, a Mushroom pizza and the Patatas Bravas pizza.
Read moreThe broccolini was delicious and came with a huge serve of whipped almond feta which tasted incredible. There was so much feta that we ended up dipping our pizza crusts in it.
The Mushroom pizza was good, but could’ve been a bit saltier, the patatas bravas was also very good, especially considering it didn’t have a mozzarella cheese base, just Parmesan. The pizza base itself was amazing though. Soft and chewy and cooked just the right amount.
We enjoyed our meal enough to come back with friends the very next night to try two more pizzas. Got the Salsiccia and the Cheeseburger; both were fantastic!

Phenomenal vegan pizza.🤩 The flavours were phenomenal, the pizza had a delectable thin crust with a slight doughyness at the edges. Yummmmm 😋 The goats cheese was so realistic it gave me trust issues. Seriously you’ve gotta go here!!!!!

Honestly some of the best pizza I have ever had. My omni partner agreed. We got the Bianca and Ortolana as well as some arancini. Can recommend all three. The Bianca is like a potato bake and a pizza had a baby. So good!

Read moreFrom the moment we walked in the service was fantastic, the rain had caused some power outages so the staff had clearly so much going on but that didn't put a dip in the friendliness and energy of the staff. We were greeted and shown the table seating options, and we were even recommended the waitresses favourite pizza to help us select (trust me, it's hard to pick from that menu!) We went with the cheeseburger pizza with a side if buffalo wings - no regrets at all!! Service was fast, the waitress checked on us to make sure the food was all good and we decided to stick around longer for cocktails after food.
I'm from Sydney and was only in Melb on holiday, so glad we picked here for holiday date night. Would have loved to try more pizzas.

Hands down the best pizza in Melbourne - and it’s ALL vegan. Personally really love the white sauce based pizzas; and for those times when you can’t decide between greasy burger or pizza, they’ve got you covered - CHEESEBURGER pizza. (Trust me on this one. It’s awesome.)

Unbelievable pizza base! - Edit
These guys know how to make a good pizza! The base was crispy on the bottom, not too thick, and the crust was the right balance of crispy, chewy and soooo delicious.
Read moreThere toppings are super generous, lots of cheese and nice and flavoursome. They keep very well too, we had some leftovers and reheated on a hot plate and it tasted as good as it did when it was fresh.
Highly recommend the mushroom and the cheese burger pizza.
We also tried the not wings and the spicy fries, both were delicious, the not wings had good stringy chickeny texture. The hot sauce they use is also great, really nice tangy spicy sauce.
Edit from recent order:
Our last order was disappointing. It was to be the last, we ordered several pizzas with some additions on, when the pizzas came lots of thee extra toppings seemed to be missing, compared to the regular versions we normally got eg, there wasn't double the amount of 'meat' when we ordered extra.
They also delivered the wrong salad to us, and the chips we received which are normally crispy and delicious, were cold. The salad portion is also very small.
Perhaps it was a bad day for them, it may have been very busy however we spent roughly $120 so to be disappointed with almost every item we got wasnt a great experience.
Other half wouldn't order again after being so disappointed however I would, just don't pay for too many changes to the pizzas as you may be disappointed.
