Curry Katsu - Edit
This was a special menu item. I got my Katsu with Tempeh instead of tofu. It was so delicious I ate it twice while on my trip to Hawaii. The menu is small but packed with yummy options.

Such a cute place with a great menu. Lots of options and you can customise how you can get your sandwich. I got the BLT and I couldn’t believe how big the sandwich was. Super yummy with fresh ingredients!

This place is a truly a hidden gem. Staff recommended the nachos, Popeyes sandwich, TexMex burrito & Katsu and they did not disappoint! Can’t wait to try the rest of the menu.

First let me say that I enjoyed all the food I ordered and I ordered a lot including ice cream. The BLT sandwich was my favorite. The Popeyes sandwich was ok but it got soggy really fast so if you don’t eat it right away it’s a waste. The Moroccan stew was delicious and very fulfilling. I also order the special soup of the day which was a tomato vegetable soup and it was delicious. Had lemonade for my beverage but I didn’t enjoy it bc it was not sweet enough for me. Then I had ice cream with chocolate and candied nuts and this was great. Overall my experience was good and the food was good. There is no seating inside so you have to take your food home. This sucks Bc traffic in Hawaii is horrible so your food is cold by the time you get too your hotel

Delicious vegan food! Sandwiches were perfect for picnic at the beach. The entrees were large portions and packed with flavors. The tofu katsu was totally worth the drive over there! Yuuuuuuuum 🤤😋 We will be back!

The food here was awesome. Loved the bbq tempeh sandwich it was huge! The Hanoi sandwich was perfect as well. The yakisoba noodles were very unique and I loved it. The family that runs this was super nice! Thank you so much for providing vegan food in this vegan food desert of an island!

We've eaten at Peace Cafe numerous times. The food is always enjoyable with different spins on your typical non-vegan dishes. Meals we've tried that we'd get again are the bibimbap and the Italian Sandwich (if you don't like balsamic, skip this).

This is a casual vegetarian & vegan cafe that has great sandwiches and desserts, including a vegan sundae. The service is fast. There is a good amount of seating but when we went in October they were not doing indoor dining. It is a great place to grab food for your flight out of Hawaii. Parking is on the street.

We ate here for the first time during covid when they were doing takeout and delivery only. The food is mainly Japanese food and was delicious both times we ordered. Also, when we went in person we found them to be such kind people! (Thank you for the mangos!!) Their katsu-style tofu is really delicious. I also was really happy to find that they had a natto bowl on the menu -- it's the vegan food I had to learn to love while I was in Japan -- and it was really tasty and natsukashii :).

The staff was friendly but not attentive for sure. The food was thick and heavy or at least what we had was. What we had was better suited for someone going to do a hard day’s work in a cold environment. Part of the problem might have been being a bit confused by the menu selections. People who are frequent customers might know better what to order.

The cafe doesn’t use white sugar, only agave and maple syrup. The plates are a good size. The staff is very sweet. Parking is a little weird but worth it.
