I would have rated this place 3.5 stars because they label and promote vegan options. We ordered the Grilled Vegetable Panini and the Hummus and Spinach Panini, both are vegan as–is. The house made pestos are vegan since they are made without nuts or cheese. Their smoothies come with an almond milk option. Several of the salads can be made vegan quite easily. The sandwiches are tasty but small for the $10 price, even with the included bag of chips.

No vegan paninis! - Edit
Walked all the way down here to be told that they have NO vegan paninis because all of their bread contains egg. They have a big sign outside to say that they have vegan options, but all they have are salads.
Read moreThe girl behind the counter told me that all bread has eggs unless it's special vegan bread, which totally isn't true. Time to get some bread without eggs, Panini Schamini! It's not that hard to find!
