Build your own burrito or bowl with choice of fillings like zucchini and squash, mixed mushrooms, organic tofu; then choose your sauce like the tomatilla green mild, pico de gallo, chipotle chile, verde, or roasted pineapple habenaro (all vegan). Then choose 3 toppings (more can be added for a charge) like shaved cabbage, jalapenos, cilantro, sliced radish, chopped onions, grilled green onions,ancho chili relish, red onion escabeche (pickled), or avocado slices. Has blue corn chips or tostios rounds with guacamole and sauce. Also offers tacos which can be made vegan with the removal of dairy. Two salads are vegan and tofu can be added.
