More About Me
Reasons why I prefer to eat vegetarian or vegan:
Switched to a mostly vegan diet after reading The China Study 8 years ago. Since then have become much more sensitive to animals. In the last year recognized the climate change connection. All signs point to vegan.
I joined HappyCow Members Community because:
Love the service it provides particularly when traveling.

Some of my favorite veg*n foods include:
Appetizers: spinach balls, stuffed mushrooms, avocado dip. Entrees: lavash green pizza; saag chana; chick'n orzo; TLT sandwich - baked tofu (bacon), lettuce and tomato.
