Nothing began on the menu. But say you’re vegan, and they’ve got your back! We just shared a vegan bowl and can’t wait to come am back again!

Tofu isn’t on their menu but they have it and understand how to veganize. Their beans, rice, plantains are all vegan. I wanted a platter. It wasn’t on their menu but they substituted tofu scramble, which came with plantains, beans, salsa, lots of rice. I was very happy. their food, including tortillas are made in house. We really enjoyed the staff. They also made me a crazy good cafe con leche with plant milk.

Amazing! - Edit

Drinks are great and the Mexican bowl with tofu (no egg/no cheese) was to die for. It came out super fresh and piping hot. When it was placed in front of me, the couple next to me said “what is that, it looks so good.”

Veggie Quesadilla - Edit

Veggie and Cheese Quesadilla was amazing! We also had the Guava and Cheese empanada that was delicious too! Not sure about their vegan options, but as a vegetarian we were happy!

Pros: Vegetarian options, Delicious, Authentic Cuban flavors

Cons: Not many vegan options

Everyone was very nice, but unfortunately they were out of tofu. - Edit

Make sure they have tofu, or if they are not able to carry tofu take it on the menu! I know restaurants can sometimes run out of product, but the online menu was misleading since it stated that multiple products could be made vegetarian friendly. When I asked if any other vegan options were available after hearing they were out of tofu, they said no, which was a bit frustrating. Everyone was very nice though.

Pros: Friendly , Vegan drinks (smoothies & coffee with alt milk)

Cons: Out of vegan protein, Did not have vegan alternatives to their food
