Everything is vegan! - Edit
Delicious Sri Lankan plant based food. Curry, spicy food, lots of flavor! Delicious desserts too! The foodtruck is in a cool place with a nice outdoor area and an inside area in a renovated warehouse.

Build your own curry, sample the creation of the day, listen to great music, and sit in a creative and peaceful space. We'll stop here every time we're in Moab. Try the samosas and crab cakes if they're on the menu!

Amazing - Edit
This is a really cool food truck with indoor and outdoor seating next to it. Everything is vegan! I ordered a plate of 4 curries with rice which included vegan "chicken" made from pea protein, jackfruit, and eggplant. It was the most tasty thing I could imagine, and filling. I also ordered the special of the day for the road, which were vegan sliders. Those were also amazing. There's also tea, vegan desserts etc. I was only passing by Moab so I didn't get a chance to try everything, but I wish I could. I highly recommend this place vegan or not, especially if you're hungry after a long day of outdoors activities and looking for reasonably priced, interesting, and delicious food.

Moab Vegan Eatery - Edit
Wow, very tasty vegan dishes and sides. Owners and staff friendly, personable and helpful. They sure know how to work with seasonings and spices to ramp up the flavor of their food. We had two curry bowls, one with eggplant and the other with butternut squash. Their third option was the jackfruit that we will try tomorrow. The vegetable samosa and flat bread were also excellent. We are so pleased to find a fine Moab vegan eatery where they really care about your pallet during the dining experience. We highly recommend this food and will return often!! Highly Recommend - Edit
We were passing through Moab and decided to find this food truck that we’d heard about on social media. We were definitely glad we did because everyone was super friendly and the plant-based food we ate was super delicious. We tried the broccoli curry, the jackfruit curry, lentil dal, and the samosas. Everything was freshly prepared and spiced to perfection. I highly recommend this food truck and will definitely be back the next time I’m visiting Moab.

Went to moab kitchen and there was a gentleman from Sri Lanka cooking with curries from there. Food was great. Atmosphere was even better. The owner is this wonderful woman from Germany, who is so welcoming! Over all, great food, quality people and an interesting environment!

An Herbivores Dream - Edit
This place is absolutely divine. First and foremost, Kim is a kind, beautiful, spectacle of a human. She suggested the salad special which consisted of local organic tomatoes that were out of this world, among other things of course. We also ordered the Truben,... AMAZING! And the tots, really good as well with this amazing and slightly spicy sauce. And for the finale, a fresh fruit pop made of peach and banana with berry puree in the center, oh my!!! Incredible. A huge plus for me is that it is an all plant based AND organic option. As a vegan who prefers organic/local ingredients, it is an true blessing to have this as an option when I travel to Moab. Many thanks to Kim for providing such a exceptional experience. Much love.

This Truck Rocks! - Edit
Found FoodTank through a search on Happy Cow, while in Moab over Memorial Day weekend- it was the only all vegan option in town so it was a no-brainer! My brother and I got the Tater Teasers with the Mushroom Sauce and BFH sauce and they were both delicious! My sister ordered the raw caramel candy bar and it was super decadent! Also their avocado toast is bomb! Prices and portions were all good and the service was really friendly- definitely worth stopping by while you're in town!

Hidden full on vegan Treasure!! - Edit
Although in downtown Moab, the FoodTank is completely off the beaten track, but sooo worth it once you find it! Everything is vegan so you do not have to ask what you'd like to eat. You want it all. They just opened on April 30th 2017 and are in their soft opening phase. Currently only open Sundays and Tuesdays from 11am to 2pm. Everything is quite delicious but when you go, you have to try their Truben Wrap. It's the most yummy thing I had in a long time. Cauliflower soup w/toasted pumpkin seeds, Watermelon Radish w/edamame&sesame salad, delicious raw coconut spread on locally baked bread, probiotic gut shots were just a few items that were on their menu when I checked them out. Their 'healthy treats' were quite delicious as well. I had the carmel chocolate bar. Crazy good!

If you want fresh healthy ingredients and tasteful vegan food....this is the place. The Truben is to die for and the vegan chocolate treats are a must. Soups and salads change weekly and the homemade bread with either the avocado or the coconut spread is pure comfort food.
