Got the vegan falafel wrap and it was delicious. The homemade tahini sauce made everything juicy and the veggies were super fresh. Portions are huge I couldn’t finish my fries, I was full. For the area I think the price is reasonable too.

The Moab Food Truck Park is a great option for mixed company! Lots of great vegan options there, I settled on Wrap it Up! The Vegetarian bowl was delicious and the staff were incredibly friendly. Highly recommend!

I had the falafel plate. The falafels were tasty, and cooked perfectly. The veggies that came with it were all very fresh, and the hummus was delicious. A great meal and at a truck park! Who knew? Fast, friendly service, conveniently located: a real find!

The food was fresh and delicious and the cashier was eager to help clarify which items contained small amounts of dairy so we could keep our meal vegan. Really great experience! I highly recommend!
