Disappointed - Edit
I hate to leave a negative review for an all vegan restaurant, and I have literally never had to leave a bad review for an all vegan place before. I love that the business is completely plant based, and think that what they are doing could be great.
Read moreAfter reading so many great reviews, my partner and I were very underwhelmed by this place. Neither of us have ever been so disappointed by an all vegan restaurant, and I would not recommend going here. We would have been better of just finding vegan options at another non-vegan restaurant.
First off, the payment system is weird. She does it based off of donations (?). I do not know if I missed something, and the business is a not for profit, but donations puts the consumer in an uncomfortable position. On the truck, she had the “burger” listed as $10; however, she said that it was all based on what we wanted to give.
We got two “burgers”, one order of nachos, and a slice of “chocolate chip cookie pie” (we had been hiking all day, and were starving). Based on the burger price of $10, we assumed the nachos would be worth about $10, and assumed the dessert was $5. We just left $40.
The nachos came, and were very small. I would not order them again because they were not very good. Definitely not worth $10 (which was what we estimated, not what she requested, but just listing the price would have been nice).
The burgers were the item that she said was the most popular. My partner and I are dumbfounded as to why. It is a sandwich, not a burger. It came on processed whole wheat bread slices, the burger patty was soggy and undercooked, and there was just a bunch of mayo sauce and cheeze sauce. It was the same cheeze sauce that was on the nachos too... The best part of the sandwich were the greens. This was also the only item that had a listed price, and $10 for this item at a food truck is unacceptable. For comparison, Modern Love sells their burgers for $8.50. Dirt Burger sells their burgers for $7.00. Neither of these establishments are in moab, but serve as a price comparison for a GREAT burger.
The “chocolate chip cookie pie” is just average chocolate chip cookie dough baked in a pie pan. So just a cookie.
You can make all of the menu items at home way better, and for less money. The staff member was very nice and friendly. Perhaps we came on an off day because other people think that the food is great. However, I have eaten at a lot of vegan restaurants and have never had such disappointing food.
Pros: Very nice staff member, Cute truck, and furnished garage area (?), All vegan
Cons: Weird payment system, Bad food

All vegan - Edit
After hiking arches all afternoon, we found this place to be the only vegan restaurant in town. Food came out in a timely manner and tasted good. Why I gave it three stars was due to the payment methods, which were of ”donation” even though there are prices to everything and we have to donate using an app (Venmo or Paypal) or cash. We didn’t have any of those apps, which we have to download and make an account. It took forever. Also, the eating area was very dirty.

House-made burger does not dissapoint - Edit
Stopped by and grabbed the House I Am Possible burger and some blueberry cheesecake. The burger patty was by far the best I’ve had since going vegan 3 years ago. The sauce on it was also incredible and added the perfect amount of spice and flavor. Do yourself a favor and make this a priority stop.

Amazing Sri Lankan and American cuisine - Edit
I highly recommend the Sri Lankan curry!! It was my favourite thing we ordered and because I lived in Sri Lanka for several months, I can confirm it tasted quite authentic😄Delicious!! We also had the chickpea/"tuna" salad and the pizza -- super! It may be difficult to find at first but definitely worth it!

A must-visit for all in Moab - Edit
My favorite place to eat in Moab. 100% vegan with drool-worthy curries, samosas, soups, and desserts, owned & operated by some lovely locals. Comfortable outdoor seating with sun & shade options, and cozy indoor seating with couches and a wood fireplace when it’s cold outside. Dog-friendly!! I love to grab a $5 samosa to go if I’m short on time, or split a curry plate & samosa with a friend if I have time to relax and chill. They use local seasonal produce when available - Lal nailed it with his banana squash and pumpkin curries this fall. Closed for the winter until March - we will miss them!

Way too expensive for little bit of food!! - Edit
It was 20$ for a little burrito, I could have ate 3 of them to get a little bit full! Plus it was way too spicy so we couldn’t enjoy it...

In my experience all MK burritos are ~$8 and a good size, I’m very confused where you got a $20 burrito...
