Update on vegan options - Edit
Seeing the reviews here, we asked about the fish sauce - our server was very knowledgeable and said that most things don’t have fish sauce, but the curries do have shrimp paste. She said all the stir fry dishes can be made vegan. We got the Rama Noodles and Drunken Noodles (with no egg). Both were just okay flavor wise, with good portions. Next time in Moab we will try something else

Some of the best Thai I’ve had - Edit
Super delicious! I didn’t know about about the fish sauce thing until reading some of the reviews on here (I forgot to ask the server at the time!).
Read moreMy husband and I try to eat whole food plant based, but once or twice a year will have some fish, so the fish sauce thing wasn’t a huge deal for us personally.
We had samosas (seriously the best I’ve ever had!), veggies rolls, and a couple of curries with tofu (and fish sauce apparently lol).
The place had a really nice atmosphere, and the presentation of the food was beautiful.
Pros: Good atmosphere , Yummy, Affordable
Cons: Fish sauce

Not vegan friendly - Edit
Most dishes have fish sauce and can not be modified. Ended up going with several orders of the fresh rolls and a soup they were able to make vegan. Soup was okay but worried the whole time it accidentally contained fish sauce.. Won’t be back.

Artfully Presented - Edit
Food was delicious and beautiful, but our server told us everything with a “V” on the menu was vegan; not true—The Larb Tofu contained fish sauce. Be sure to specify.

NOT VEGAN FRIENDLY - Edit
We left after we were told that dishes could not be made vegan and the only vegan things I could eat were sweet and sour and possibly dishes with peanut sauce. The curries, soups and other dishes all have fish sauce and according to our server it can not be omitted.

Waited I hold for 20 minutes - Edit
I wanted to order from here for I called and was on hold for 20 minutes. While I was on hold I drove to the restaurant to place an order in person. I stayed on the phone while I tried to order and no help. After 5 minutes of standing at the front waiting to order and still being on hold, I walked out. If customers are not important to them and I will happily take my business elsewhere.

Tasty - Edit
Wanted to update that Sept 2020 we weren’t charged for removing the egg- I hadn’t read happy cow before eating to know that was even an issue.
Read moreThey have an array of unique curries that not all Thai places have, like masaman and jungle. Told us could do vegan even though that contradicts what some have said here.
Portions are pretty big. I regularly eat in Thaitown in LA and this place could hang for sure.
Also four star spicy wasn’t that spicy. Maybe it’s a Utah scale 🤣.
Pros: Big servings , Flavorful , Friendly
Cons: Expensive, Be aware re fish sauce

AMAZING - Edit
We love Thai food and this is one of the best Thai restaurants we’ve ever been to! Vegans and meat eaters all agreed. The vegan Massaman Curry was the best and definitely the most beautiful I have ever tasted or seen. They go over the top to make the dishes gorgeous and the flavors are so rich and full. Totally worth the money!

No vegan curries - Edit
No vegan curries, and no option of veganizing curries. As others noted, various other dishes have egg and they charge you extra to omit it. When I spoke with them they seemed uninterested in providing vegan options. I used to eat here when I was vegetarian, now I take all my business to Bangkok House Too instead - they go out of their way to have a vegan curry paste available that can be used for any curry, as well other various other vegan options.

Decent - Edit
Not a ton of options for vegans as all curries made with fish sauce or most noodles come with egg ($3 charge to get it without egg). I ordered the only noodle dish with tofu (Rama noodle) that came without egg and it had a ton of veg with it but the peanut sauce was a little overpowering. I’d recommend this place if you are really in the mood for Thai and don’t mind paying extra for the removal of egg from your dish. We also got a spring roll and it was pretty small for the cost.

Good food and good workers, but high price. - Edit
1 star for the good food
Read more1 star for the friendly workers
-1 star for happy cow not allowing 5 stars on non vegan spots

-1 star for charging almost $3 to remove egg from any noodle dish
I personally won't be coming back.
*update* I've read elsewhere that fish sauce is used in the curry dishes.
Pros: good food
Cons: expensive, few vegan options.

Average Thai Food - Edit
In a town like Moab with not very many vegan options, this place definitely didn’t disappoint, but didn’t offer anything spectacular. Had the Rama noodles with tofu, and it was good! Your average thai place. Good service, went on a Sunday afternoon and the place was empty.

Upset our stomach - Edit
We thought this was a great vegan option for us. We ordered the Rama Noodles and stir fried veggies with brown sauce and rice - both pretty basic non spicy options. Both my husband and I had upset stomachs after eating here. Perhaps a fluke but just wanted to let everyone know. Bangkok House Too is another Thai place in Moab and it’s much better.

Plate lickin - Edit
We were in Moab for Memorial weekend, it was a 45 minute wait on a Sunday evening.
Read moreIt may have not been perfectly Vegan but Panang Curry and the Ginger veggies were excellent. We were going to have Mexican tomorrow but will probably come back here instead.
Not a 5 because the brown rice was a little over cooked and would like to see an expanded wine collection.
Highly recommended.
Pros: perfectly cooked veggies, supper yummy, friendly hard working staff
Cons: ran out of pumpkin curry, Panama was great, limited wine selection

Good number of tasty vegan options! - Edit
Be warned--this place is very popular! We arrived before 6pm on a Friday, and it was nearly full. So, it took a while for our waitress to come over so we could begin our interrogation about the menu.
Read moreShe said their curries are all made using fish sauce. We didn't inquire further about that....just moved on.
We ordered the Garden Roll (vegan) as an appetizer. (The Golden Tofu is also vegan, FYI.) The Garden roll came with Hoisin and Peanut dipping sauces. It was very tasty with the taste of fresh Thai Basil dominating.
We asked about the other entrees, and she said they could be made vegan although they "won't taste the same."
We ordered Spicy Basil with Tofu and Broccoli with Tofu extra spicy. Both were delicious although not hot enough for us. We LOVE broccoli, and the dish didn't skimp on our favorite veggie. The tofu is lightly fried and tender. We both enjoyed the flavor of the Spicy Basic which came with loads of bell peppers--I felt there were a bit too many onions, though.
The gentleman who delivered our food asked if we wanted a 'spice tray.' We said 'yes' without knowing what it was. Happily, it was a trio of hot chili oil, red pepper flakes and chili sauce. Exactly what we needed!
We decided to leave room for dessert after noticing the menu had Mango Sticky Rice available. Our fave vegan dessert.
This was a wonderful meal. Although the restaurant was busy, the staff was great about refilling water and the waitress was very helpful guiding us through the menu. Excellent flavors.
Pros: Numerous vegan options, Brown rice available, Good service
Cons: Vegan or Vegan-friendly options not labeled on men
