SURF N TURF MASTERPIECE

After trying to get a table elsewhere and failed on a later Sunday afternoon, we used the app and found this place which was an absolute GOD SEND.
The food was absolutely to die for, we have a share of Avocado Wings to start, which was like nothing I can describe, they were so good and the batter wasn't too heavy.
For mains we both had SURF n TURF which compromised of BBQ Seitan ribs, scampi, creamy potato salad and blue cheese dip - the omni version of this would have been my worst nightmare way back when, but this was a whole new level of good. Vegan food is always better!

Pros: Friendly staff, AMAZING food, Open late on Sunday

Cons: Don't take card - ATM nearby but it charges you, Slightly limited menu, but the amazing food makes

Real Good

Tastey vegan food. Some great effort put into their options, really good ideas and great flavours and textures. Try everything !
Decent prices too.
Not many tables / seats, so you will sometimes have to takeaway or move on. Generally ok before 6:30pm
Try the gyros for a cheap option, TASTY ! and filling.
Tried all the mains and I have no complaints.
Service usually very nice / good.

Quaint little place

This is a lovely completely vegan cafe with a rotating menu. It is very small, with seating for 10-12 people so I'd highly recommend making a reservation. They also only accept cash, just so you can be prepared (the nearest cash machine charges!) The portions were really generous - my partner for once couldn't finish his meal - and they are very reasonably priced

Tiny but friendly

Food & service was great, we got Parmesan chips and seitan pizza, both really yummy. The place is very small. We went on a Thursday mid afternoon and just showed up with no need to book but there's only four or five tables so I can imagine it gets very busy. My friend just took me there on the off-chance but if you're excited about going I would definitely book.

Pros: Yummy food, Friendly service, Kitsch decor

Cons: Very small place - couldn't go with a big group, No outside seating

Fantastic place!

We loved it here. The food is delicious, some more unusual offerings which is great to see. The staff were really friendly and helpful, taking time to explain about the dishes on the menu. I cannot wait to go back :)

An excellent Vegan Cafe

We had a lovely evening meal here. The food was excellent, very tasty. The staff were very welcoming and friendly and the atmosphere was happy and buzzing the evening we were in. I would highly recommend it. Such a delight as a vegan to be able to choose any dish on the menu knowing they are all vegan. We will certainly go again.

Pros: Lovely atmosphere and friendly staff, Very tasty food , Very reasonably priced

Cons: Only 5 tables so book.

Stunning

Best vegan place in the North. Imaginative menu that still manages to have a lot of familiar dishes but usually with some sort of twist that makes it incredibly delicious. Go immediately, do not wait, do not get distracted, do bring me some avocado wings.

Pros: all vegan, friendly staff

Cons: better to book

Excellent food

Tremendous inventive vegan cuisine. The food is out of sight brilliant.
Sunday dinner is the most excellent vegan chicken pie with veg and gravy. The Caesar salad is tremendousmy tasty and the tacos ultra spicy.
The place is great. Outstandingly good coconut cheesecake too. Check it out. Only downside is the Sunday lunch gravy "contains a lot of booze". Oh so what if a Muslim wants gravy? Sort it out . I dislike alcohol.

Pros: Vegan tasty amazing., Cheesecake., Tasty delights.

Cons: Alcohol in the gravy., Expensive.

Best vegan food in Sheffield

The menu at Make no Bones is amazing; it's a great range from the healthy to the unhealthy with lots of gf options. They use good quality ingredients imaginatively. This is by far the best vegan food in Sheffield in my opinion, and is more creative than most vegan food options around. And everything is delicious. Thank you Make no Bones!

Pros: Delicious food, Creative food, Lovely staff

Outstanding Food

Been to several MNB events across the city and have loved each one. A great variety of exciting vegan food done very well for a large audience. Excited to hear they are opening their own cafe in the next few months.

Pros: All vegan, Great food, Enthusiastic and passionate

Cons: Don't have a premises... yet, Events can be few and far between
