Limited options

There are a few vegan options, though not a lot. The desserts are usually not vegan and neither is the soup. Food is healthy but bland and uninspired. They also serve coffee with plant-based milks, but it's just average, much like the food. It's a good place to stay for a bit, though.

Cons: Limited vegan options, Bland food

Very limited vegan options

I was surprised to not find many vegan options at this shop. I had a Hanoi noodle bowl, which was uninteresting but sufficient. EXKI provides clear labels about ingredients and diets - would be a good option for vegetarians and gluten-free folks.

Pros: Clear labeling

Cons: Limited vegan options

Chain w/ limited, but acceptable, vegan options

This and the other chain location I visited (EXKi Stéphanie) do now clearly label their vegan items, and I’m guessing they do so across all locations now. The “Langkawi” sweet potato/tofu/coconut/broccoli hot dish is pretty good, and they offer various salads and perhaps a soup (can’t recall) that are vegan to round things out, along with espresso drinks with your choice of soymilk or oatmilk (boisson d’avoine) but not much else. They could do to add some vegan sandwiches and baked goods.

Pros: Numerous locations around Bruxelles, Environmentally conscious serveware

Cons: Limited variety in vegan options

so they DO have vegan food!?

a few years back exki was known to ba absolutely uninterresting for vegans but ir's definitely improving. About 30% of the food was vegan (no vegan sandwichm though) The problem is, they still don't have a label saying "vegan", so we must read all the ingredients' lists.

Pros: more and more vegan food, currently improving, offer change each month

Cons: disposable packs, busy on lunch time
