You can choose from a big variation of ingredients. Every time I went there, they hade some new ingredients I tried.
Read moreThey only have one vegan broth. But the portion is more than generous. I always bring a container and can eat a second time at home. You can buy also a container in the restaurant for 0,50 cents.

Lots of vegan options - Edit
This place offers many vegan options with different types of tofu and various vegetables. The friendly staff explains the ingredients well. Out of their broths, only two are vegan: one spicy and one mild tomato, which I chose.
