Pop up restaurant serving brunches on weekends in a place called Bel Mundo. Serves primarily vegan food in an all-you-can-eat buffet; exceptions are ovo-lacto items which are clearly labeled as such. It's been created in the framework of the project Eatmosphere whose goal is to fight food waste by giving a second chance to ugly vegetables and recuperate food. They regularly invite young local chefs to participate in the project and cook a few items. Reported September 2017 to now have events throughout the week and month, these include a fermenting workshop every Tuesday, home delivery (or take-away) on Wednesday, every second Saturday a vegan table d´hôte, a 'masterchef' every third Monday of the month and every last Saturday of the month a pop-up picnic all over Brussels.
