Nice vegan restaurant - Edit
Went here with my non-vegan friend and we both enjoyed our seitan stroganoff, although we thought it was fairly expensive for its size. Luckily the size meant we had some space left for cake which was also very good. The place itself isn't the most comfortable, it feels a bit like cafeteria, quite noisy and busy with little personal touch. Would return but probably for their lunch menu, as I've heard great things about it!

Expensive, noisy, long wait - Edit
They serve a plate with a lot of potatoes, a few veggies and a tiny bit of fake meat for about $20. The place was packed and we had to wait an hour for our meal. Good thing we had a reservation. The cheesecake was inedible. I can't understand the good reviews. there are so many other places to eat in London.

A real treat - Edit
I had the seitan stroganoff as main and the 222 pancake as dessert and it was delicious! Place was buzzing with people enjoying their meals, service was great, price reasonable for London. If you like good and honest food, this is the place.

Buffet lunch okay - Edit
Went for the buffet lunch and it was okay, nothing to write home about. The place was fairly busy and the service was good. I asked for an iced latte which wasn't on the menu and they managed to make one that was really good.

Un des mes restos préférés à Londres - Edit

Favorite Vegan restaurant in London - Edit
Arguably, the best vegan restaurant in London. Not only is it incredibly delicious, but they have a terrific variety of dishes, specials, and the servings are perfect (not too big, not too small). My hubby is gluten free and they had plenty of excellent selections for him as well. Their risotto dish is beyond words. Only gripe: sometimes the orders take a little bit longer to arrive than I would like, but it’s worth the wait. Highly recommended!

Potential of a vegan business - Edit
The most amazing restaurant, small. Comfortable and clean, bathrooms immaculate. Beautiful feeling & energy, customers all talk to each other at times, very friendly, gorgeous food. Amazing assortment of curries when I go, different bites made from chickpeas and herbs, spices. The most advanced of vegan cuisine I have had in London. People travel all over the world and country to visit here. Been going a while, first as a small business and refurbished with their profits always to make the experience even better. Okay - Edit
There was a lot of hype for this restaurant and although there wasn’t any major missed, my expectations were very high and this restaurant nearly missed the mark. I would go again to try a few more dishes and find out what this restaurant is really good.

Food is perfect every time BUT - Edit
Guys,
Read moreYour food is great but your service and organisation is terrible.
I’ve been here half a dozen times over the last 2 years and it’s got progressively worse.
Currently we are standing outside with a group on mother’s day, the group next to us is has people with walking sticks and booked a table for 45 minutes ago and are no nearer to sitting down. Don’t take reservations if you can’t adhere.
We booked a table half an hour ago and still haven’t sat down and are far from it. Then they’ve let a 3 sit down who didn’t have a booking.
Save yourselves and sort this out because your food is insane and it’s that good that to this point I put up with the service but it’s getting to a point that we soon won’t bother.
Please !
Pros: All vegan & fab, Great variety in dishes without losing character, Too tasty for words & SO cheap !
Cons: TERRIBLE SERVICE

Fine vegan dining - Edit
The restaurant was beautiful, like a proper dining place and not some alternative venue, with very knowledgeable staff and a delicious menu. The dessert were great, and the ice cream better even than the dairy ones, very creamy. I highly recommend it.

All vegan and plenty of gf choices for those who need them - Edit
Been here for dinner before on a Friday evening and I think we were lucky to get a table without prior reservation. Stopped for the buffet lunch on a Monday, when it was a lot quieter. Healthy food that is being refreshed and sometimes replaced with a different dish, which I liked. I would come here more often if I lived closer, but will certainly visit again. Especially as most of the dishes are also gluten free. Friendly staff.

Disappointed - Edit
The food here was only barely so-so, expected better for a mid-range price. It also took an extremely long time to get our food and the poor server was way over-worked. I won’t go here again.

Good food, long wait time - Edit
Ate here a few nights ago. We got in for dinner before the rush arrived, but our mains literally took an hour to arrive after we ordered them. Once they finally arrived they were pretty good but not worth the fancy price tag in my opinion

Great food! - Edit
Upon visiting London for the first time I decided to try 222 Vegan Cuisine for dinner. The food was fantastic and the staff were very friendly. The only downsides were that the wait time between ordering and receiving meals was really quite long and the venue itself is quite small for the number of tables they have in there. Overall it was still a great experience and they feature an all vegan menu!

By far the best vegan restaurant I’ve ever been! - Edit
They have some of the best selection of nutritionally dense food and amazing desserts! They have all sorts of colorful salads and hot meals. The staff is welcoming as well. I just wish they open earlier so we have their pancakes for breakfast.

Delicious birthday meal - Edit
We went here, having heard good things, and were not disappointed. The menu is diverse and features classic vegan options including a veggie stirfry, yet also features twists on non-vegan meals, including a seitan stroganoff. I chose the egusi (traditional dish from ground melon seeds) and baked yam. The yam was soft and sweet, the egusi rich and flavourful. The desserts were also delicious and well made. The restaurant has a lovely homely, friendly feel to it, and you can tell that every dish has been made with love. The meals might not be super fancy, but they are delicious, comforting and hearty.

A very popular restaurant that is always super busy especially for dinner - make sure to book! Big selection from the a la carte, very tasty food especially everything that is "creamy" such as the Seitan Stroganoff and the potatos with the cottage cheese! Also their chocolate cake is amazing!!
