Best food I had in Vietnam!
I loved their coleslaw! They had a tasty mock meat appetizer that has an herbal lime taste and then you put on on a crispy cracker and drizzle soy sauce onto it. Their soups were simple and soothing. Their fried rice was also simple and tasty with small bits of veggies and mock meat cubed up. Their mock meat dishes were truly the best I had during my trips to Hanoi, Hue, and Ho Chi Minh City. The restaurant was clean and spacious. This is a place you must try if you are in Hue.

While visiting Portland we had their tempeh barbecue special (had cooked kale for a nice twist), a tofu bagel sandwich, and a brownie for dessert and everything was excellent.

Simple and tasty
I always look forward to 'Long Life Vege' whenever I am in Vegas. They have tasty mock meat dishes and soothing soups. The staff are always nice to us. It is a quiet and contemplative atmosphere for a relaxing vegan lunch in a rather stimulating city.

The mocha I had here was the best I had in Portland: it was rich and frothy with just enough chocolate. The vegan Reuben and unchicken salad sandwich were also very tasty. Must visit if you are vegan and in Portland!

Love the food!
Everything is yummy: daal, nan bread, curries, pizza, salads, and more. Their chai tea is an enticing spicy blend that I would love to figure out how to make at home. They even have yummy vegan cakes here.

Great all vegan cafe with yummy snacks and coffee. I had a sandwich and a mocha while listening to a local band.

The have an excellent selection of healthy and well presented dishes. This is a good place to go if your energy is running low and you want a colorful pick-me-up or if you just want something different.

Tasty with peaceful atmosphere!
I have loved everything I have tried here from the house veggie burger to the tofu bbq to the lasagna to the enchiladas. This was a relaxing break during our travels and made us happy. The vegan desserts were just icing on the cake. I also enjoyed the flower boxes in the outdoor dining area.

I was delighted with the well seasoned main dishes and I thought they had tasty mock meats. They had a small clean dining area with a homey feel.

yummy fast food
We sampled several of their hot food items and everything was perfectly seasoned and yummy. I especially liked their nut loaf. We topped dinner off with a delicious brownie. This is vegan fast food that doesn't taste fast.

Great Vegan Breakfast!
We had breakfast here while visiting Portland and we thought everything was very tasty. Their home fries were perfectly seasoned and their tofu scramble was a good blend of tofu and veggies with yummy spinach in it. The paradox benedict with tofu had a pleasant tangy curry taste (not exactly like egg benedict though). Their vegan French toast was very yummy also.

I Love Spiral!
Living in Fort Worth would be sad for a vegan like me if not for Spiral Diner. There food is super yummy and mostly organic. They have a huge menu with salads, sandwiches, dinner plates, awesome desserts, and coffee. They even have natural Blue Sky sodas on tap. This is a restaurant for everyone vegetarian or not. My favorites: taco salad, Jamaican jerk sandwich, sweet luv us hummus wrap, and those addictive peanut butter cups (think Reeses but way way better). Thank you Spiral!
