Great totally vegan place - Edit
******Confirmed that as of June 2024 they are no longer vegan and do not have vegan options.******
Read moreSuper friendly staff and great quick service. Offers take out too. Very fresh tasting ingredients. Portion sizes are very filling.
Overall the food is great. Dumplings and spring rolls are 10/10. Definitely order some of these!! Also the summer rolls are very good. They have a really good ginger dressing on the salads!
The general tso's, orange sauce, or Szechuan Peppercorn are my usual go-tos. I'd rate those all a 8/10.
I feel like the main dishes lack the punch and wow I usually expect from Asian food. I'm not sure what it's lacking. I've had better accidentally vegan food at other Asian restaurants, but don't let that stop you from trying this place out. You'll leave very happy you came.

Favorite Asian Spot! - Edit
EDIT- Ye’s is no longer vegan or vegetarian.
Read moreI remember my main complaint last time I went was that their menu didn’t have descriptions and I had no idea what I was ordering. But, problem solved now, their menu gives great descriptions of of their options, all of which being vegan.
For their proteins they have tofu or soy protein. Our waitress said she typically goes for the soy protein because the tofu is on the softer side, but I like tofu no matter how it’s served. The soy protein was good! Pretty chewy. I’d definitely get it again. Wondered what brand it was or if they made it? It tasted like the soy protein you can get from Earth Fare?
Prices are a little higher for a typical Asian restaurant that you would find in Columbus, but it’s not bad.
Every time we’ve gone to Ye’s, we’ve been the only customers in there. I’m not sure what’s up with that. But with that, service is quick and very attentive.
They’re in a shopping mall so parking is easy.

My FAVORITE Restaurant! - Edit
I used to love the different Chinese/Asian restaurants when I ate meat. I had mostly given up on finding a vegan alternative when I stumbled across this restaurant. WOW. I still can’t believe how delicious all of the food is. The appetizers have all been delicious, and the entrees have been absolutely amazing. They also tend to give you portions which are quite large, so you typically have leftovers (which is a good thing!). My favorite part is probably how consistent everything is: you don’t have to worry that your meal won’t be as good as the time before. For that reason, I still need to try more of the menu (I’m just always tempted by the sesame vegetable protein with white rice).
Read moreThe service is also quite good, and they never take as long as they say it’s going to be. I seriously cannot recommend this restaurant enough!
Pros: Consistent., Delicious food., Great service.
Cons: A little expensive., Appetizers aren’t huge.

Super friendly service - Edit
Had a very pleasurable experience checking this place out recently. Very great and personable service. I was in the area and gave them a call without a chance to look at the menu. I asked them for their recommendations and was not disappointed. I have already been recommending it in person to others but wanted to share here for all my fellow vegans and plant lovers.

Wonderful food! - Edit
It’s so nice to go to a restaurant where you’re completely sure to be given food that’s entirely vegan. No chance of uncertainty. No cross contamination. And it’s beautiful food. Delicious. And the employee who has served us every time is so kind, knowledgeable, and efficient. It’s a delight to eat here.

Great service and bomb food!! - Edit
My server was prompt, pleasant, and helpful as a first time patron. I had the general tsos lunch special (chose soy protein at servers suggestion) for $8.99 and it came with miso soup. The serving was huge (had leftovers) and the dish was SOOOO GOOD. Like, addictingly good. Def recommend! #Veganuary

Amazing authentic Asian food - Edit
Food was delicious and big portions. Only sad part is that is fake out only. I hope they soon have dine in service. We ordered the mandarin curry with tofu. Delicious. And the pad Thai. Very good! With a side of white rice and miso soup. Also very good as well. The menu is very extensive. Will be back again to try more dishes

Appetizers - Edit
Having had a big lunch earlier, we were not very hungry, but needed something to eat. We went to Ye's to try them out. Unfortunately, we went on a night when their restroom was out of service so they were offering take-out only. We got one order of Spring Rolls and one order of Summer rolls, and took them back to our hotel. They were both very good, and they had the same dipping sauces, which was really good; the sauce has a little bit of a kick to it, but not overwhelming.
Read moreThe price for the two appetizers was quite reasonable. We will consider going back next time we are in Columbus.
Pros: Reasonable pricing, 100% vegan

Taste Great and Authentic - Edit
They had lots of great Vegan options to choose from. I, especially, loved the dumplings, soups, and of course the main diners. This place is great for vegans because it offers many options compared to other restaurants.

Really fresh, tasty, healthy, and actual vegetable based! - Edit
I'm so fed up with all the 'plant-food based' excuses for vegan 'restaurants' all over the place serving so much fried and processed crap that requires no cooking skills at all, and where they don't serve any actual vegetables!
Read moreSo here's a real restaurant that serves so many fresh veggies in so many tasty sauces - they don't use canned stuff as is the norm with Asian places (ie baby corn and bamboo shoots) and use fresh sliced jicama instead of bamboo for example - and their faux meats are impeccable. My son got the Fishermen's bowl - the faux fish, scallops and shrimps were ridiculously authentic!
And - huge servings, and really inexpensive.
The only 'negative,' and it isnt really - they typically undersalt, which is actually a good thing. But enough salt brings out the flavors properly ...

Satisfying stop for hungry travelers - Edit
The only vegan place in the area (as best we could tell) open Sunday evenings, so we ended up here by default on our road trip. Ordered online only a few minutes before arriving and it was ready when we got there! Very filling portion sizes, and everything was satisfying.

We’ve had food from Ye’s several times now and everything is good. I highly recommend the Pineapple fried rice and Golden nuggets as a side and just about anything else as an entree. We don’t live near Hilliard but it’s so worth the drive! Absolutely a 10/10 for us!

Delicious Asian food - Edit
Found this place by chance just looking for a good place for vegan food in Columbus. Everything is vegan so no guess work. Staff was very friendly. Easy online ordering. Food was very good. Got the Fisherman's vegetable protein platter because I've never had vegan seafood. It had imitation fish, crab, and scallops. Was pretty good. Also got the wok glazed tofu in ginger sauce and the mango summer rolls (came wish a spicy sweet sauce)....both very good. Will make it a point to go back.

We found Ye’s as driving through to Columbus and stopped for lunch. We had the black bean meal and the General Tso’s and both were so good!! We both had the soy protein and it was excellent! Their miso soup is one of the best I have ever had!! If you are in the area, stop in. I thought their prices were very reasonable for fresh food!

We were driving through Columbus and found this on Happy Cow. We ordered several dishes to take out an so far everything we have tried has been wonderful. The summer rolls are the very best I have ever had. The seitan skewers absolutely delicious! The satay tempeh with the spicy and sweet sauce delicious. Have not yet tried the steamed dumplings and Fisherman's vegetable protein but if they taste as good as they look we will not be dissapointed.
