- I'm a vegan, animal-rights advocate who does broadcast captioning for a living. I love the beauty in nature...sunrises, sunsets, trees, the deer, turkeys, and all of God's creatures that share my world. I believe in compassion for all living things. I believe that it's wrong to kill animals and pretend that it's ok. They feel pain and they suffer just like humans do. I'm a broadcast captioner by profession and I love what I do. But if life were perfect, I would be traveling the world to spread the word of compassion to all of God's living beings. I wish that people would see animal transport trucks and remember the train cars of the holocaust and see that little has changed. I'm thankful for my vegan and animal-rights friends who understand and are also doing their part to enlighten the world, as well.
