Service here was exceptionally friendly. We had the menu which consisted of several tasty tapas. It was fairly priced and we had a choice of different dishes.

We arrived at this place by chance, but we enjoyed the visit very much. They have interesting drinks (local vermuth, nice beers that support animal sanctuaries) and lovely food - we went for the tacos and the tortilla and were not disappointed. The staff is very friendly and we loved the decor. A very nice place to stop for a quick bite or a drink.

Hace tiempo vinimos aquí por primera vez a comer bocadillos y estaban muy ricos.
Read moreEsta vez decidimos probar una de las hamburguesas (burger del viva - 13,50€) y fue una decepción enorme... Ingredientes escasos, el tamaño de la "carne" muy pequeño y una ridícula pincelada de salsa veganesa, estaba muy seca. No me importa pagar un precio que no es nada barato si el producto es de buena calidad, en este caso la hamburguesa no valía ni la mitad.
La limonada (3,50€) bastante pequeña y sabía a limón aguado, ni dulce ni ácido.
Fue una gran decepción tras el buen recuerdo que tenía de mi primera visita.

It was not idea to visit this area during Spain National day. It was a bit chaotic until I found this place tucked away. I had the brunch set on the patio. Food is home made quality and satisfying.

Like a traditional Spanish bar, only vegan! Extensive menu (English version available). I had couple of delicious tapas but they have full meals too, including pizza and burgers. They also offer a menu del día which is a good deal. Good vibe, friendly waiter.

This restaurant was close to the museum we visited and it turned out to be a great find. We split an order of croquettes, my wife had a spanish omelette and i had the poke bowl. Everything was great and we left stuffed. (Sorry no food pics, we were hungry and dove right in.)

This festive spot in La Latina has been on my list for a while because I'm always on the hunt for vegan tortilla in the city. The outside is festive and welcoming, the staff was lovely and helpful, and the food was good. We only had a light lunch, croquetas and tortilla, and dessert to go, blueberry cheesecake and tiramisu. The tortilla and the croquetas were good. The blueberry cheesecake and tiramisu portions were small in comparison to others I've had in the city. The cheesecake was good. The Tiramisu was unique. I believe they use an interesting liquor or orange flavoring. It was a pleasantly surprising take. I would love to return for their arepas or omeletes in the future.

Restaurante con chapatas (bocadillos anchos muy rellenos) y tapas. Pedimos patatas con mojo, croquetas y una chapata para cada una. Todo super rico, quizá las chapatas demasiado abundantes pero eso no es ninguna queja. La tortilla con salmorejo todo un acierto y las patatas y croquetas también. Para esos días de comida de confort y para un tapeo con amigos.

Read morePor teléfono me informaron que solo tenían opciones sin gluten saladas ya que elaboran ellos mismo los dulces y todo son con trigo. Esto no fue un problema ya que yo pedí un pintxo de tortilla que originalmente viene acompañado de pan pero lo cambiaron por nachos. Estaba riquísima la verdad y es una porción generosa.
La persona con la que iba se pidió una porción de tarta dos chocolates (blanco y con leche creo) con un toque de limón que también le gustó.
Para beber pedimos un café con leche vegetal y una limonada casera que estaban ricos.
La experiencia fue muy buena, el camarero fue correcto, la comida muy rica y el local acogedor. Además tiene una localización envidiable, a unos pocos metro de la Plaza de Lavapiés.
Tienen algunas mesas fuera pero estaban ocupadas cuando llegamos así que diría que sería mejor reservar para comer porque creo que suelen tener bastante gente.
Sin duda repetiría, me gustaría probar algo más de su carta o su menú del día.
Pros: Todo vegano, Carta variada y precios normales, Muy buena localización
