Friendly helpful staff and the food is delicious. I had a croissant, a citrus tartlet and a pistachio macaroon. I got over excited and couldn’t help my self having skipped lunch ha ha! Definitely recommend to all vegans. Great price too all of that plus tea for €13.60 😊

Delicious pastry 🥐 - Edit
The service was nice and friendly. The pastry’s I would defiantly have again. Very well made. The only problem was the soup was cold, I did say I was in a hotel. I just didn’t think to check that the soup was cold. I was in a rush, I didn’t think I’d be given cold soup. That’s more of a Spanish thing, which I’ve had one kind and loved it. But this soup is no good cold. Their were no to go soup spoons. She was friendly and nice, the pastry great…just a shame about lack of savoury options and no heating up of soup. I would visit again.

Incontournable - Edit
The title says it all…it’s a little pricey, but you won’t be disappointed with thé viennoiseries or pastry from this place. Extremely well-made.
Read moreThe coffee, on the other hand, was not great (milk over-steamed and scalded), but they’re pastry specialists, not a coffee house.

We booked our accommodation deliberately within reach of VG patisserie for breakfast during our trip after travelling through several less vegan-friendly places, and GOODNESS I'm glad we did. Utterly delicious. Also found the service really friendly and helpful :)

Go for the pastries, stay for the sandwiches & quiche - Edit
We tried multiple pastries, a sandwich and quiche. All were top notch and reasonably priced. I‘ve never had a vegan quiche that so closely resembled the same texture and taste. The sandwich was really unique and delicious with pears, spinach and butternut squash

RUDE! - Edit
As a vegan I used to be a frequent customer at VG patisserie. I ordered cakes for celebrations and treats for my team at work, breakfast croissants for years. Simply enjoying the good vegan sweets. Every time I got in touch with them wether it was at their store, via email or on the phone I just ignored the rude service, saying to myself that it's okay, because it's Paris. People are rude here. But today, after another rude and awful experience, my friend posted a bad review, and the reply of VG patisserie is just beyond arrogant and shocking. I am sad to have to say: boycott this place!

Pros: The only good thing is that they are vegan.
Cons: The staff and owner are more than rude, Service is bad

I totally agree and that's exactly why I stopped going there. Unfortunately, they know that tourists will still come and send a lot of money in their store so they don't really care about daily customers ..

Delicious and strong cappuccino and AMAZING desserts and pastries. Small place inside but there are a few tables to sit. More tables outside. I also got the pizza which was also good. Wished there was more savory options but I was happy with what I got. #Veganuary

Best pastries ever - Edit
The pastries here are divine. The best pastries I've ever had. It feels like I came to Paris for these exact pastries. I got the pan au chocolat and the apple pastry (I forget the name sorry) and they were so flakey and buttery tasting. We also got the giant macarons which I was so excited about and they did not disappoint.

Quite annoyed I didn't try the macaron but we had flam and a almond pain au chocolat which were both delicious. The staff were really nice and there was space to sit in. They had a lot of great options and it wasn't overpriced.
