The original and still the best - Edit
I've been eating here a number of years and it never gets old. VG was the first vegan pastry shop and in spite of all the competition it still offers the best croissants, nicely browned on the outside and soft inside.

J'ai adoré mon passage chez VG Pâtisserie. C'est beau, raffiné, gourmand. Ça sent bon les viennoiseries et les jolis gâteaux. J'ai passé une très belle pause goûter 😊

Best pain au chocolat of my life - Edit
Just incredible!! The pastry was more crisp than I usually have encountered and that made it delicious. Huge variety of pastries. Worth the trip if you're not in this area, for sure.

Tasty lovely pastries. In my opinion, best croissant in Paris since it tastes very buttery.

Best vegan patisserie in Paris - Edit
Have been here a few times and loved it every time. Delicious vegan croissants and sweet treats including macarons, cakes, and cookies. Also have savoury options like soup and pizza slices. On the pricier side but worth it if you’re looking for a treat.

Vegan french dream - Edit
I visited back in 2022, but couldn’t find a way to delete the photo and not the review. So once again, I can’t reccomend this place enough! It seriously has all the pastries you could want when visiting France, but of course - vegan. I was surprised at how good the prices were of the classics like the fresh croissants. There were some more extravagant desserts, if that’s what you are looking for. They also serve amazing sweet flavored coffees, but if you plan to alao eat some stuff here, I would omit it (unless you want an ultimate sugar explosion).

Nice little patisserie, everything was really tasty (perhaps with the exception of Albert cake which didn't have much flavour).

The cakes and pastries were absolutely exquisite. Admittedly the opening hours are on the short side, and I've heard they don't vary their menu much, but if you're a visiting vegan, it's an absolute must-visit. Tasty and extremely Instaworthy!

Best vegan pastries in Paris ! - Edit
If you visit Paris, don't miss out VG Pâtisserie ! It is a must. I have known VG Pâtisserie for a while now, never disappointed with their products. I would recommend the Paris-Brest (on the first picture), which is a typical French pastry. The shop has been renovated and the decoration has been changed recently, there are more seats than before, you can take your breakfast there. They also have a brunch on Sundays ! (but you need to make a reservation for that)

I'm €15.65 lighter and I don't know how to feel about it - Edit
I was so looking forward to trying this place out but quite frankly I didn't like it. The macaron was too sweet, the pumpkin pie 🥧 tasted like nothing and the coffee ☕ was sub-par. The croissant 🥐 was fine but even the ones I get from the supermarket seem fine to me 😐 The cashier wasn't rude but I could certainly tell I'm in Paris 🇫🇷
Read moreJust a little caveat: it was my first time trying out a macaron and a pumpkin pie and these might just be foods that I don't like in general. In that case, sorry, the 2⭐ isn't the pâtisserie's fault 🫠
Pros: The excitement to try it out 🤩, The ambience 💐👌🏻
Cons: The disappointment after trying it out 😔, The lingering feeling of being legally robbed 😵

This is the place for an authenthic experience of french bakery (but vegan), they have sandwiches, croissants, macaroons, little cakes and even a trendy cube croissant. Everything you can ask for. A definitively must when visiting Paris!

The best in Paris with some “buts” - Edit
These weren’t the best vegan french pastries I have ever eaten but they where the best we found in Paris. We also tried the savoury quiche but it was cold (even if we asked to heat it again after it was served) and not amazing. The pastries and cookies we tried where really good! A really negative point in my opinion: the place, which is very small, has not only one but two automatic doors that open automatically when someone is nearby (which happens ALL the time) and the freezing parisian cold enters non stop. This really bothered us while being there. Also, one hour before closure the girls started to clean everything. It is good to know that is a clean place but it shouldn’t be done that way in front of the clients
Read morePros: Good pastries
Cons: Cold quiche, Cold place (automatic doors)
