Könnte ich 5 Sterne geben, wĂŒrde ich das definitiv tun! Wir hatten hier unglaublich leckere Pizzen und Cocktails. Es werden mehrere vegane Pizzen und Pasta angeboten, genauso viele wie nicht vegane. Mit eine der besten Pizzen, welche ich bisher hatte. Ich kann das Restaurant absolut weiterempfehlen! Die Mitarbeiter waren auch sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Nice small restaurant with lots of vegan options - Edit
The vegan and vegetarian menu is almost as big as the one with meat. We had 2 giant bruschetta with tasty tomatoes. My daughter had a nice vegetarian pasta with burrata and I had a vegan pasta with olives. The sauce could have been a bit more flavourful but it was nice. The pizza's looked great too!

The Best Vegan Pizza in Paris (Sister restaurant of Marcus Pizza btw) - Edit
Thereâs nothing else like Martha and Marcus Pizza in Paris. Since Young Vegans in London, I missed the pleasure of tasting a vegan pizza that isnât dry and bland veggies spread on tomato. Martha and Marcus were a healing find. The menu is extensive, delicious and thereâs dessert too. Must eat!

some of the best woodfired pizza to be had. there are *tons* of vegan options that are far from being afterthoughts. i had the pesto pizza "baby" with cherry tomatoes, mozz, arugula, spicy gonzola, haché "meat", and spicy oil. for dessert, do NOT forget the speculoo tiramisu - it is incredibly delicious and innovative.

On a testĂ© une pizza et un plat de pĂątes, câĂ©tait trĂšs bon, les portions sont gĂ©nĂ©reuses. Par contre, le service Ă©tait quasi inexistant. On Ă©tait sur une fin de service et la serveuse Ă©tait en permanence soit en train de parler avec les cuisines (fort, et en italien), soit Ă faire des vocaux sur son tĂ©lĂ©phone, soit⊠à chanter (encore une fois, fort et en italien)

The service is very quick and polite. The pizza I took wasn't simple, but very stocked with fake meat, fake cheese, and lots of vegetables. Tome, the dough was too thin, couldn't took slices properly, but the taste was good. Their lemon soda too, an Italian brand. I purchased another to take away. And the tiramisu was also good, but too soft for me, not enough "solid". But maybe the true tiramisu is this way.
I'll definitely come back, so many choices to try. Can't wait to get the vegan four cheeses or the pastas!
Too bad prices are a bit above the average.

Dans le sens oĂč oui ça reste un champignon, donc "vĂ©gĂ©tal" (je passe le dĂ©bat comme quoi les champi ne sont ni vĂ©gĂ©taux ni animaux), mais la façon de les rĂ©cupĂ©rer non. Les diffĂ©rentes techniques pour en rĂ©colter tournent (quasi ?) toujours autour d'utilisation d'animaux. Les chiens, cochons et abeilles sont rĂ©putĂ©s pour leur odorat, ils arrivent Ă trouver ces truffes dans la terre. L'humain seul n'y arrive pas. Donc qui dit utilisation d'animaux comme outils dit exploitation. En gros, pas d'animaux pour trouver les truffes, pas de truffes. Et c'est fou que les marques/magasins vegan ne font pas le rapprochement.

Peu de chances d'avoir la réponse. C'est au producteur qu'il faut demander et non au revendeur qui l'utilise comme simple ingrédient.
Read moreà l'époque il y avait le resto Hank Pizza à Paris, il avait été demandé au patron pour sa pizza à la truffe, et il avait assuré que les siennes n'étaient pas trouvées à l'aide d'animaux. Et quand on lui demande de donner le nom de cette entreprise révolutionnaire, mutisme total. C'était donc un mensonge. On ne peut croire que peu de gens dans ce monde lorsque l'argent entre en jeu...
