Best of the Best - always - Edit
I haven't actually eaten any Vegan Treats in more than a decade, because I live in Canada, but I've eaten cakes and treats several times in my trips to NYC. If you haven't had the experience of eating vegan baked goods prior to the early 2000s you wouldn't really understand how Vegan Treats revolutionized the world of vegan baked goods. And they are still providing an amazing selection of cakes, pies, cannolis, soft serve, etc. that other bakeries just dream of. Sometimes I consider taking a vacation in Bethlehem PA just to eat at Vegan Treats... I have no idea what else is in Bethlehem but it doesn't really matter... Vegan Treats is there!!!

I LOVE peanut butter and chocolate and the peanut butter bomb 😍 So many amazing choices and the desserts always look amazing and taste out of this world! I don’t understand why companies even need to use dairy products for desserts when this place proves you can be animal free and have deserts that taste the same, if not better!! Definitely great for everyone and anyone regardless of their diet preferences 🤤❤️

Best Vegan Bakery in the Northeast - Edit
Tiny bit mighty vegan bakery. Cakes, pies, candy, doughnuts, cookies, and soft serve. Love, love, love this Lehigh Valley staple. A favorite for vegans and non-vegans alike. It's a little pricey but well worth it.

Only thing I didn’t like is that they don’t list prices so you have to ask about every single price. It seemed like they were kind of annoyed to answer those questions about prices.

This vegan bakery is fabulous. They have everything from cookies, mini cakes, sticky buns, donuts, tarts, and even soft serve ice cream. Their cakes are immaculately decorated. They're almost too beautiful to eat. We stop here when traveling to NYC as it's not far from the highway nestled in a cute little town. They excel at Halloween and spooky themes baked goods and chocolate candies that you can order and have them shipped. It is a bit pricey, but honestly, it's so unique, and you're not going to find this kind of stuff anywhere else.

The peanut butter soft serve ice cream was amazing! So creamy and delicious! You can check out their soft serve flavor schedule on their website.
I loved the cinnamon rolls and my partner really enjoyed the Boston cream donut.
There are a few tables inside and a couple of picnic tables outside the bakery where you can enjoy your treats.
The staff is very friendly and helpful.
If we lived closer we'd commission a custom designed cake because their cake art is fantastic!

Although we are fortunate that a few places near us serve Vegan Treats desserts, we still drive nearly 2 hours to bask in the glory that is the full VT bakery. Honestly, their cakes and other desserts are fantastic. The non-vegans in my life agree. The only downside is we spend waaaay too much money when we visit the bakery and we eat it all waaaay to quickly. And then we want more.
