Delicious! - Edit
I visited for the first time on 11/30/24 and I got the biscuits and gravy with garlic parmesan hashbrowns, along with the best peppermint mocha I’ve ever had (and I’m a harsh critic when it comes to lattes.) The service was wonderful and the food was delicious!

Epic brunch spot - Edit
This place is so good. The only bad thing is they’re not open longer! The coffee with the house made cashew milk is to die for. The breakfast burrito was huge and delicious. The bacon of the bacon biscuit was chewy and tasty. The staff is very friendly.

Unexpected delight - Edit
First time here. Street parking was easily found. Dine in options available. Clean inside. Then looks like it has a lot of great options to choose from. I have the biscuits and gravy. Good serving size. Tofu scramble was. A little bland. It didn’t take away from the dish. I just was expecting more. I subbed out the regular tots for the garlic Parmesan tots. Honestly, not much of a difference. What I can say is that the tots were crunchy from first bite to last. Really enjoyed them.
Read moreMy wife had fried chick’n biscuit. Good serving size. My wife thought it lacked flavor. Not a deterrent from getting it again but takes away from wanting it again if that makes sense. Kids had the chick’n and waffle. Waffle was cooked great. Chick’n was delicious. Looking forward to coming back again.
Pros: 100% vegan brunch, Clean, Good serving sizes
Cons: A little pricey

Worth it! - Edit
I’ve been here multiple times and they’ve never disappointed. The biscuits are delicious. The sandwiches are good and just filling enough. The waffles are almost too sweet and too much but still tasty. But you have to get the cinnamon roll. It’s worth a trip there just for the cinnamon roll.

Known for their chickn and waffles and rightfully so. Served with butter and syrup, nice Sunday brunch which we ate at a nearby park.

Southern-Style Brunch at this American Diner-style eatery was worth the 30 minute drive. I personally loved the classic style interior, and my companion and I got a table by the window.

Every city should have one of these - Edit
Warm friendly service, cute interior with tables & booths, delicious coffee with multiple types of milk including homemade cashew, and incredible fresh pressed orange juice! I was excited to have biscuits since few places in PA have them. Delicious gravy, possibly cashew-based. OMG the hash brown tots. I should have taken home a serving. The cinnamon bun can be shared by several people. We struggled to decide on our order, so maybe you want to have a look at the menu ahead of time. Not far from Vegan Treats. This is both a diner and a coffee bar. Daytime hours only, but I would eat this food at any time of day. We loved the music too.

Food was delicious, I enjoyed the “chicken” and waffles with the spicy syrup and my fiancé enjoyed the Hash. The amount of food you receive for the price was on par. We will definitely be going back.

Amazing Biscuits and Gravy - Edit
I’ve only been vegan for a year but I love finding these types of restaurants that are 100% vegan and specialize in something. For Bed Head, it’s Brunch.

Cute place! - Edit
Enjoyed breakfast there today! I have no idea what the crowds look like on a Saturday or Sunday, but there was no wait on a Friday morning! The coffee and fresh squeezed oj was great. My friend, who isn’t vegan, loved her dish. I had to try the chikn and waffles. It was great. The syrup has a hot pepper touch to it but isn’t spicy. Portions were huge, we both brought leftovers home!

Typical brunch fair. The food was decent. Nothing too creative, but tasty. The atmosphere is ok. Just a simple diner experience. Worth the stop if you’re in town, but not worthy of a special trip just to get brunch.

The BEST - Edit
My teenage daughters and I came here for the first time this morning. The younger one who is very picky tried all three menu items that we ordered (tiramisu waffles, cinnamon roll, breakfast burrito), and she surprisingly tried them all AND liked them all. The older one said it was probably the best breakfast we’ve ever had. We’re already planning our next brunch!

Unique Menu - Edit
I went here with my daughter and my grandson for the first time today. I am vegan, and they are not. They absolutely loved it, as did I. The portions were large, and very delicious. The menu was not your usual breakfast food. Everything was super delicious. we had the special “gobbler”, Amore waffles, and a bacon scramble biscuit sandwich, with sides of garlic Parmesan potatoes. Loved the fresh, squeezed orange juice and fresh brewed iced tea. And the cinnamon buns were the best ever!!

Great place for Brunch - Edit
Went here with my wife and family. They don't take reservations but that was not a problem for our party of 5 as there were tables available. You order at the counter and the staff brings the food to your table. The staff was very friendly. We tried the Chicken and waffle, biscuit and gravy, tiramisu waffle and cinnamon rolls. All were very good. The Chicken was the closest to real chicken that I have had. We will definitely be back

We got the breakfast burrito and the tiramisu waffles and WOW. It slapped. Every bite was delicious and super filling. Only knocking a star off because they forgot to bring me my cinnamon roll and I was so fat and happy by the end of my meal that I forgot, too (so it’s kinda my fault also but still)

Lehigh Valley Vegans Keep Winning - Edit
If you want oatmeal and berries or rice cakes and peanut butter, stay home. You can easily make that in the comforts of your own kitchen. If you're looking for imaginative, well-crafted vegan breakfast food, the Valley just added another special restaurant to their already impressive resume.
Read moreI was initially unhappy with the absence of reservations, but upon arrival, I felt that reservations didn't coincide with the fresh and breezy vibe that Bedhead wanted to create. Also, there was a table when we arrived, so any anxiety about getting a table disappeared. Throughout the meal, they were busy but not crowded, so don't worry about getting a table.
We ordered three things: the Tiramisu waffles, the chicken and waffles, and the sausage and gravy. The chicken and waffles deliver a nice mix of sweet, spicy, and salty. The chicken contains a moist and flaky "chicken" covered with a crisp coating, the waffles are crispy, and the hot sauce-infused maple syrup is an inventive, risky pairing that sets this dish apart. The Tiramisu waffle is an Espresso-dipped waffle topped with decadent sweet cream. The dish's richness cannot be fully expressed, and the creativity continues to set this menu apart from the dullness of the typical breakfast joint. The biscuit and gravy delivered on its promise: flaky, crispy biscuits and gravy (sausage-style, I believe). The dish includes a delicious hash brown (more of a fritter) and a tofu scramble (chickpea flour-based, I believe.)
Chia bowl and green smoothie lovers beware: Bedhead breaks the atypical vegan breakfast mold, offering fresh, inventive vegan cuisine. Bravo and keep up the good work.
Pros: Location, Creative Dishes, Reasonably Priced

Cute, Lacks Healthy Options - Edit
This place is cute but the menu is really lacking in healthy options. If you prefer to eat higher protein vegan, this is not the spot for you - dishes (even the ones you would expect to have protein) are primarily carbs and fat; staff could not name anything from the menu with much protein when asked. With that in mind, I tried the tiramisu waffle and it was a decent waffle but very, very sweet. Boyfriend said the hash tots with his biscuits and gravy were good. If you want dessert or comfort food but don’t care about nutrition, this place is worth a try.

Thank you for coming by and we appreciate your feedback! Most menu items contain grains, soy or pea protein, however we have not done a nutritional analysis on menu items which can make it difficult to describe protein content or provide percentages. And as noted on our site, our menu has been developed with an eye towards providing indulgent, plant-based comfort food of classic brunch dishes. We hope you will join us again!

Yummy but very filling - Edit
Delicious food but the portions are HUGE. Not necessarily a downside. My boyfriend got the chicken and waffles and a side of tater tots. The chicken and waffles was yummy, but they were a little dry and could’ve come with more syrup. I got the breakfast burrito which was very delicious. My only complaint is that it could have used some more freshness from veggies. Otherwise it was all delicious. It’s very clean inside and everyone is nice.

Overall good - Edit
I pass through the area while traveling sometimes and was eager to try this new spot (since I ALWAYS stop at nearby Vegan Treats when in the area!). It was good overall, but some items were only okay. My partner and I shared: biscuits and gravy with scramble and hash tots, chicken and waffle, bacon, and garlic parm hash tots. We agreed that the biscuits and gravy were by far our favorite item, the bacon our second favorite item, the chicken and waffles and the scramble were okay, and neither of us liked the hash tots much (very greasy and without much flavor, with the garlic ones just being garlicky and not peppery or seasoned otherwise). Service was friendly and fast.
