Paranormal Pizza is still delivering high-quality vegan fast food. I stepped away from my usual pizza order and tried the sandwiches. I ordered the buffalo chicken steak.
Read moreThe buffalo steak sandwich is made with chipped and fried seitan, hot sauce, and a ranch-type sauce. The seitan was chipped perfectly, creating a perfect layered steak sandwich. The fixings boosted and complemented the taste.
As I patiently wait for Paranormal Pizza's brick-and-mortar return, I am pleased to see no dip in quality at their food truck. They are still the best vegan establishment in the Lehigh Valley.
