Budapests finest! - Edit
This restaurant was our absolute favorite here in Budapest! They have an extensive vegan menu with international as well as traditional Hungarian dishes. We wanted to try some Hungarian cuisine and were not disappointed, the food was absolutely delicious. The ambience in the restaurant is also lovely and the service is very attentive and friendly.

Great Restaurant even for Non Vegans - Edit
Excellent restaurant. It was so good that we went there twice during our short stay in Budapest. The food was excellent, the staff very pleasant and helpful. Overall a nice place to go - even if you are not vegetarian or vegan!

We ordered the Pizza Quattro Formaggi with four vegan cheeses and the Pizza Ham, with cheese and ham.
Read moreI didn't really like the Pizza Quattro Formaggi, for me personally the vegan cheese was just way too much. Excluding that the pizza dough was fantastic, i really wish i would've picked another dish.
My girlfriend was a huge fan of the Ham Pizza. Really recommended if you've liked the taste of ham in the past.
All in all still a nice experience, not too pricey, not too cheap and the pizza dough is as I already said just absolutely stunning.
Hopefully coming back to this place one day to order a different one.

A quiet island in a lively neighbourhood, Vegan Garden offers more than the typical vegan meals- it offers vegan versions of typical Hungarian Specialties that are amazingly close to the original taste (as I remember it from my childhood) - so it is also a nice place for non-vegans who want to try a healthier version of typical Hungarian Dishes

If you're looking for a place to grab something to eat, you can't go wrong with this restaurant. The food and cakes are really good, the staff is friendly, and it's fully vegan. I can definitely recommend it.

Food was magnificent, desserts delicious, best chai I’ve had in a while. Staff were friendly and lovely space to sit in and prices affordable compared to the terrible tourist trap restaurants nearby. Highly recommend.

This cute place was only a 3-minute walk from our hotel (Leonardo at M Square). The menu is written in both Hungarian & English, with accurate photos. The food was made quickly and tasted delicious. For an appetizer we had the Hortobagyi Pancake (a savory crepe with chick'n in a creamy paprikash sauce) that was incredible. For our entrees, we shared the Wiener Schnitzel (crispy cutlet with potato salad) and the Mushroom Paprikash with dumplings & cucumber salad. What a treat for authentic Hungarian food without having to question the ingredients. Will definitely return!

Very good food, even the vegan versions of traditional Hungarian meals are available and the taste is surprisingly authentic. Had to try so many things that we didnt have capacity for the cakes so we are definitely coming back.

I highly recommend you this restaurant if you want to try veganised local/european recipes. It was hard to choose from so many yummy options. The schnitzel was amazing, the garlic soup with the famously Hungarian langosh is a must try.

This is a gem in budapest! An all vegan restaurant with lots of options, traditional hungarian food, pizza, pasta, tofu dishes etc. Doesn’t matter what ur craving, they have it. We got the Gulash and Lesco and if was sooo soo good! Super tasty and healthy! We also got the cream cake and it was the best cream cake I’ve ever tasted!

Heb hier een dag in het restaurant gegeten en dat was lekker. Een andere dag bestelde ik een pizza en toetje. Alleen het toetje werd geleverd. Ik belde het nummer van hun website, maar de verbinding werd meteen verbroken. Heel jammer dit. Vam fooddora krijgen we gelukkig wel het geld terug.

Thus is the best vegan restaurant ive ever been to in my entire life. Everything was a 10/10 including the wine and we are already planning to come back here tomorrow. If you are veggie/vegan you NEED TO COME HERE
