The food was really tasty. They have a great menu for breakfasts, lunches, mains and cakes. I had the Hungarian potato dumplings, and my husband had the mushroom burger. We went back later for cakes!

This is a fantastic fully vegan burger place. Daily soups and exciting drinks enhance the atmosphere. The service was professional and the authentic hungarian “bundáskenyér” truly made my day! Yumm!

Good coffee and great cakes, everything I’ve tried has been good. The seating area is cosy and clean. The food also looks good but I haven’t tried it yet. Reasonable prices and friendly staff.

Had a good selection of food, and the sandwich we ate was fine - nothing special. Predominantly burgers, sandwiches, cakes, and juices.

Staff were not friendly, and it seemed I annoyed one of the staff members by asking for a glass or cup for my drink. Would not bother to return unless desperate.
£14/€16 for 2 average sandwiches and a bottle of drink. Felt overpriced for what it is, but I guess it’s quite average.
Pros: Many options, Lots of seating
Cons: Bad service from one staff member, Food not as tasty as other reviews say!, Just generally quite average.

Wir hatten eine Geburtstagsfeier hier. Es war unglaublich! Als Vorspeise hatten wir Appetizer baskets, als Hauptspeise Sztrapacska und drei Torten als Dessert. Alles war so unglaublich gut und schön hergerichtet, dass sogar nicht vegane Gäste ihren Geburtstag hier feiern möchten. Vielen Dank an das Tökmag Team!!!

We enjoyed this place very much. Loved the burgers and lemonade. And the cake 🍰 😋 The outside chairs are less comfortable but you can sit inside. Keep in mind that they clean the tables with an organic detergent which contains vinegar, you can smell this for a moment.

They have multiple different patties to chose from and make them all themselves. The whole meal buns they use were soft and tasty too. We chose the butternut squash patty and the mushroom patty, both were really flavourful. We also ordered the sweet potatoes fries which were crispy and perfectly cooked. This place was busy but also had plenty of seats in their basement as well as outside.

I have visited this restaurant a few times, and always liked what I ate there. Their vegetable creme soups are delicious, the burgers are big, savoury and filling, and the pastas and desserts are also good. The restaurant has a nice location (on a pedestrian street, close to 2 other nice vegan/veg-option places: Hummus Bar and Fill Good - an all-vegan bakery - are literally only 10 metres away). The interior is lovely, and there are plenty of places to sit downstairs. When the weather is warm there's also an option to sit outside - but there are no umbrellas to offer cover from the sun. The staff is friendly.
Read moreOne neg I would mention is that certain foods (pastas, salads and some desserts) are only available packed, even if you eat in - I wish there was an option to not generate extra waste when you aren't buying the food for takeaway.

Read moreCame upon this perfectly presented vegan business. They have a terrace with ample seating but the lovely lady at the ground floor counter told me I’d be better off going downstairs for breakfast.
She was right. I walked downstairs and there was Daniel standing by the basement servery diligently looking at tables (he was on it).
He suggested I try the tofu scramble with mushrooms. I opted for a lapsang suchong tea with oat milk whilst I waited and it was served with its own timer to tell you when it’s ready, awesome attention to detail.
The breakfast was to die for with delicious flavours and balance. The whole experience was full on fantastic and the place was packed with happy vegans.
Daniel said they only just opened the basement due to popular demand.
The future is vegan 🌱

If you're looking for a burger and you're in Budapest this is the place to go! There's a comfortable seating area if you don't want to takeaway. They also had vegan gluten-free pasta and other options. There are a range of burger pates to choose from, we chose the mushroom burger and it came with a coleslaw. Perfect!

We had lunch here. It is very clean and new. The food was very tasty. I had pasta which comes in a box and is heated for you. My husband had a burger which he had to go upstairs to collect.

Very cozy place, really a hidden restaurant downstairs. Good food, but not very special. No service at the table, spend your crust at the counter and pick it up, after which you could eat in the restaurant.
