This tiny take away doesn't do fake patties; they're made of a variety of vegetables and quite unique in combinations (we had one with squash in it). Served on wholemeal or gluten free bun. Feels like one of the healthiest burgers you'll eat. The soup was really good too.

I'm lucky because my visit was one day before reconstruction. I enjoyed my burger as the last time! Its taste was fascinating. There was just a mushroom burger but so perfect... Crispy grilled whole-grain bun (you can choose gluten-free), juicy greens, fresh and bright vegan coleslaw inside, savory and fragrant mushrooms, creamy sauce and warmy comfort cutlet (like a homemade one)... This isn't simple combination, this is at least symphony! It is street food but eco-friendly enough. It is completely vegan food but definitely healthy. It looks modest but hearty in fact. Moreover, you can choose soup, pasta, sandwich or sweet potato chips. I was impressed with my dinner. This place has a sense of proportion. Tokmag is highly recommended!

The burgers here are fantastic, my girlfriend had the soup which was also really good. The venue is small and only seats about 4 people so be prepared to have to take away and eat elsewhere.

Vegan burgers at it's best - Edit
A selected variety of vegan burgers and sandwiches. Grab to go or have lunch/dinner at a table on the terrace. It was very good food and the sweet potato fries were well baked as well. I had the squash burger and it really tasted like autumn and halloween, loved it! The girl at the counter was also very friendly and helpful with our order. I really recommend this place. In winter it is a pity that there will be just a very few spots (4 or 5) on the inside where you can have a seat "at the bar" on both sides of the little shop. But maybe the take away could be an option when you're staying close to this place and want to eat indoor ;).

A little different kind of burger experience. I took the green pea burger and it was very juicy, and the sauce was real good. It was a bit on the healthier side (or, at least so it tasted), so for real junk food experience I'd head to the Las Vegans.

Fab little cafe with very tasty food. We had a couple of burgers, fries and soup and were very satisfied. Service was friendly and the décor is modern. Prices were also good.

Food is very good, service is fast, employees are polite and kind. The neighbourhood is nice, good seating arrangements if it's sunny (only 2-3 seats indoor). However, servings are small, and a bit pricey for what you get.

I wanted to try something other than the burger, so I had the rice noodles with mushrooms, olive and veggie cheese. Oh my, how good was it! It comes in a little box and they heat it up for you. There is a cute little terrace outside, perfect for sunny days.

This tiny cafe couldn't be more adorable, the staff were friendly and patient, and the vegan street food we ordered - burgers and sandwiches - were very yummy! They clearly make every meal with love and attention, and that takes time, so if you're in a rush, this may not be the place for you. Also, the seating is very minimal, but we happily ate as we walked and explored the city.

Little vegan eatery in a calm street - Edit
Tökmag is a cute, caml place just a stone throw away from the Danube. It has lovely sandwiched and burgers among other street food options. I had a cilantro-tofu sandwich, which was spicy, but in a very nice way. Loved the outside seating, even though the chairs could be a bit more comfortable.

As a vegan half-hungarian guy i really missed körözött (a typical hungarian spread which is originally not vegan). My grandma used to make it when i was little. Here they have a vegan körözött Sandwich which is delicious and completely authentic. I love it!
