Delicious coffee and cake - Edit
One of the best flat white coffees I’ve had and a delicious caramel slice of cake. Staff were nice, plenty of seating and reasonably priced

Delicious little cafe! - Edit
This was a great find when we were on our holiday, so good we visited three times in two days! The food was delicious, especially the macaroni cheese and we loved the vibe of it. The staff were friendly and they allow dogs in too. I definitely recommend visiting if you’re in the area.

Great lunch on the go - Edit
I enjoyed two pasties and a slice of cake (take away). One pasty had a “steak” and black pepper filling with a delicious gravy, the other was a chickpea curry filling. The fillings and pastry of both were very good and a perfect picnic lunch. The cake was dense, rich, and moist with very sweet frosting (which I love). The cafe was very busy but staff were efficient and kind.

Busy small coffee & pastry shop with a few warm meals - Edit
Very good coffee and delicious pastries to choose from. There are several warm options for a light lunch, such as soup, wraps & pies or mac 'n cheese.
Read moreYou'll find some sustainable or packaging-free bathroom items (toothpaste, soaps) and dry goods (chocolate bars, lentils, toilet paper) to purchase here (tiny part of the bar).
The staff is helpful, but the turnover for lunches is high and there seem to be always people waiting. The place is extremely busy so I imagine it's quite stressful for the staff.
There is only one toilet (large, decent and clean) so it might take some time before it's your turn.
Pros: Freshly made (but gone quickly since it's busy), Delicious pastry, Some dry goods
Cons: Small & busy, not many seating places

Lovely little cafe offering sweet and savoury treats along with hot and cold drinks. We stopped in on a rainy day for a snack lunch. Great food and service but they need more seating

Eww Coriander - Edit
It's really great to have found a purely vegan restaurant here, but unfortunately, we were a bit disappointed. There's a constant flow of people coming and going at Wildcat, which makes it very noisy inside. The selection of dishes was limited, and really expensive for what we got. When ordering, I asked for the food without coriander, which apparently wasn't supposed to be a problem. Well, in the end, it was in there anyway, and that ruined the whole meal.

Rare find in Scotland - Edit
So thrilled to find this place while passing through Fort William. Looked busy over lunch time and early afternoon. We bought 2 pieces of cake to eat later and they were scrummy. Would recommend.

Great find. - Edit
Stopped off in Fort William and had a walk along the high street and “that vegan place” appeared. Took a few items (pasty, roll & cake) as take a way as was packed. Delicious food, great place.

Siamo stati a pranzo in questo carinissimo locale. Tante opzioni sia dolci che salate. È stata una piacevole sorpresa trovare un locale esclusivamente vegano in questa cittadina.

Can get busy so come early as there are only a few tables! Really tasty foods, a lot of nice pastry options if you can eat gluten, and a few gluten free options too!

Laid back vegan cafe - Edit
Had lunch here today, after looking forward to it all week given the vegan desert that is the Scottish Highlands! Was not disappointed. I had a tasty chickpea curry with flatbreaf and Mrs HaHa had a Thai noodle salad with a sweet chili and lime dressing. Generous portions and reasonably priced. Lots of other choices. We also had a cake each from a good choice. Wildcat has a fantastic leaf tea menu. I stuck with a Decaf breakfast tea, whilst Mrs HaHa had tea made from ancient trees (?!?!). Had a nice soundtrack playing. Also has a space called 'The Den', which is essentially a raised platform in a little nook with cushions to lie/sit on! So lovely to have nice vegan food.

Cute coffee shop - Edit
Nice vegan concept with product shelf shopping in the back. Microwave on premises. I did not check for toilets or Wi-Fi. Obviously the earlier you get there, the better the selection. Limited seating of course so patience will always prevail.

Favorite vegan restaurant in Scotland - Edit
Our favorite vegan place in Scotland and worth a visit and even a detour for anyone vegan/plant-based. Quite a few choices that are all delicious. Very friendly staff and cute atmosphere. We wish we stayed longer and could have visited a second time.

Exceeded expectations! - Edit
After a few days in more remote parts of the highlands (with fewer vegan options), I was really excited to try this place out. It exceeded expectations! Lattes were great. My omni partner liked his breakfast burrito so much he asked me to recreate at home. My mac and cheese was probably the best vegan mac I’ve ever had!

Great place - Edit
Cute cafe that offers range of foods: breakfast, wraps, soups, pastries, cakes and mains like pasta. Has specials. We’ve visited three times across the years. The first time was great; the second disappointing and the third great so I’m going to chalk up the second visit as hopefully just a one off bad day.
Read moreSecond visit:
We got the nozorella toastie and special curried lentil wrap & a beetroot and raspberry cake (fluffy texture, needs more jam, wasn’t tasting beetroot or raspberry). All of the dishes needed more flavour/seasoning. Presentation and portion size could be better.
Third visit: Nice selection of cakes to choose from. Got a carrot & pistachio cake & a salted millionaire cakes, tea and matcha latte. Also got some mexican bean roll and pasty to take away which kept well until the next day

It’s always exciting to find a vegan restaurant in a place you wouldn’t expect. We got the Mac and cheese and a chickpea cauliflower curry pasty (no picture). Both were good but the pasty was the best!

Wildcat is a must visit if you're in the area.
Read moreI had the Korean scrambled tofu, black forest waffles, chai latte and a breakfast tea.
The food was so amazing!
I also ordered the no steak Pasty and a cinnamon roll to take away. They were great too!
I highly recommend coming here but they're not the biggest place and they're SUPER busy! Great atmosphere and buzz but not the best place if you want a quiet coffee and to watch the world go by.
They also have this cute sitting area in the back!
Pros: Amazing breakfast, Lots of cakes!
Cons: Very busy!
