Great Pub With Great Vegan Options

The Cross Gaits has various vegan options (a slightly limited menu when I visited, as they had building works going on & storage was a problem). However a new revamped menu is launching in July, so I will be going back to try it. Lovely setting with huge outdoor space to sit when the weather is warm and inside the pub is modern but cosy. We had tofu bites, banana blossom fish n chips and wild mushroom & squash gnocchi. The food was scrumptious and good sized portions too, we left not a morsel. They also label which wines are vegan which is a huge bonus, as so many places offer vegan options and never think vegans might like a glass of wine with their meal. All the staff we encountered were very friendly and helpful especially Adam who I presume is the landlord. I cannot wait to revisit.
