Having tried their other branch for dinner we wanted to try this for lunch. They don’t take bookings so when we arrived they were full and we walked for another 20 mins or so until there was a table. There doesn’t seem to be the waiting culture that we have in Melbourne.
Read moreThey were very nice there and cleared a table for us. I had a cous cous with a spicy soup which was nice. Full of flavour. My coffee was good as well. My partner enjoyed the tacos. There were a few different lunch options and I was tempted to get a few of the entrees.

After dinner I was desperately looking for a late (?) evening (~21:40) dessert, I checked another place close by first and they had already run out of them.
Read moreSo I expanded my search and I noticed this place not too far.
When I got there was already 22, and I noticed that no customers were inside. I tried my luck and from the door I asked politely if they could serve me a dessert.
They answered enthusiastically positively and gave me a warm welcome with large smiles.
The friendliness and happiness of the staff made me overcame rapidly the feeling I could be annoying them by entering at that time. I ordered one of the last cinnamon rolls, which is super fairly priced (3€) and the verrine chocolate, vanilla & tonka bean (5€). Both were delicious and with perfectly sized servings.
The interior design, atmosphere and the location next to a beautiful canal were the cherry on top.
This was the first place in Paris where I felt spontaneously the need of tipping the staff. Will definitely go back! 💚

Liked the lasagne, loved the variety and taste of the mezze plate and can't stop thinking about the chocolate dessert! All delicious, high quality, and creative kitchen combined with friendly staff. Would love to come here every day, if it weren't so pricey.

We found this lovely restaurant near the end of our stay in Paris. We had the Grand Mezze and the Lasagne and they were both delicious. Beautiful fresh ingredients and great flavours.

Cute place for a healthy vegan snack by the canal - Edit
We stopped here just for drinks and cookies. We tried both vegan cookies and really enjoyed them. Sat outside. It’s right near the canal and a children’s park/play area. Nice decor and friendly staff. Got two lattes. They are decaf, which I prefer and are really more like chai type teas w milk and ginger and spices. They have another location open later for dinner.

This restaurant is in a super cute area of Paris. The food was fresh and delicious! The staff was so kind and helpful. A god send in France where vegan food is scarce. So good I’m going to check out their parent restaurant by the same name that is open at night!

Read moreThe place is rather small (a few small tables inside + a couple of tables outside); but the menu is rather varied and includes some of the dishes from Soya: toasts, sandwiches, a lasagna, a curry, cookies and desserts.
Fresh juices and soft drinks are also available.
A nice place for having a short break; or to take-out food as well.
