Lasagna is the BEST - Edit
We both had the lasagna and it was the most favorable we’ve ever had. So GOOD! We met non-vegan family members here and they were impressed with the food. A good place to to take uncertain folks to!

As part of the heura fest they were offering free bowls. Not sure what it was called but it had salad, noodles, some vegan chicken and peanuts. It was lovely - both filling and fresh tasting. We got take out so didn’t sit in the restaurant - it’s perfectly located by the canal so a cute location to eat

Weird Salad and Bad Latte - Edit
Stopped here mid-morning to take some food to-go (to a smaller city where I couldn’t be sure of vegan offerings). Seemed like a cute health-focused cafe. Had a latte there, which came in a glass for some reason and had a spoon in it, but no little plate to put the spoon down on…So I was sitting there drinking a poorly-made (i.e watery and weak foam) latte in a glass with a spoon poking out at me because I didn’t want to be rude and dirty their table with it.
Read moreI then ordered the thai salad to-go. I wasn’t expecting anything crazy, and I guess my expectations were met. It was some noodles, some veggies, and some vegan chicken with a pretty tasteless dressing. The pickled ginger was good, and the chicken was really quite delicious, but the rest was just flavorless. For a 15 euro meal (20 if we include the latte), I was hoping for something with a bit more oomph (and a lot more chicken/tofu/tempeh/protein). Oh well, I guess it was healthy at least.
2 stars for being a vegan establishment 1 star for the vegan chicken tasting nice

Didn't care for the tempeh bites. Club sandwich was alright. Tacos were alright. Not amazing but does the job. My companion was much more positive on these than I was, but I'm certainly not negative about them. Except the tempeh bites.

Best vegan Sandwiches in Paris - Edit
First time in Paris, First vegan restaurant. Went there for breakfast. Food was SO delicious, atmosphere was comfy and relaxing. The waitress even explained the coffee-Menu for non-french speakers.. much love!

Having tried their other branch for dinner we wanted to try this for lunch. They don’t take bookings so when we arrived they were full and we walked for another 20 mins or so until there was a table. There doesn’t seem to be the waiting culture that we have in Melbourne.
Read moreThey were very nice there and cleared a table for us. I had a cous cous with a spicy soup which was nice. Full of flavour. My coffee was good as well. My partner enjoyed the tacos. There were a few different lunch options and I was tempted to get a few of the entrees.

After dinner I was desperately looking for a late (?) evening (~21:40) dessert, I checked another place close by first and they had already run out of them.

When I got there was already 22, and I noticed that no customers were inside. I tried my luck and from the door I asked politely if they could serve me a dessert.
They answered enthusiastically positively and gave me a warm welcome with large smiles.
The friendliness and happiness of the staff made me overcame rapidly the feeling I could be annoying them by entering at that time. I ordered one of the last cinnamon rolls, which is super fairly priced (3€) and the verrine chocolate, vanilla & tonka bean (5€). Both were delicious and with perfectly sized servings.
The interior design, atmosphere and the location next to a beautiful canal were the cherry on top.
This was the first place in Paris where I felt spontaneously the need of tipping the staff. Will definitely go back! 💚
