Amazing Experience - Edit
Natalia and Juan (and Archie woof) welcomed us into their home and cooked for us an amazing bbq dinner. Their small farmhouse perched high up on the Lanzarote mountains, their hospitality and their passion and love for vegan cooking made it an unusual, unforgettable experience, very much in tune with the uniqueness of this island. Highly recommended

Wonderfully fun Canarian home eating experience. - Edit
Juan and Natalia welcomed us into their home. It was wonderful to see inside a typical Canarian house, they're up in the mountains above Harria in a secluded spot. The food was absolutely top notch and something very different from the rest of the island. They are both very passionate about vegan food and it comes across when you meet them.

Such a lovely and unusual experience - Edit
We felt very humbled and grateful to experience an evening with Natalia and Juan. They are so friendly and welcomed us with open arms. They've spent two years learning English especially for guests like us. The food is exceptional. Four courses! We had a lovely cheeze starter, then enchiladas, then the BBQ main (lots of lovely faux meats, yum!) And then a gorgeous pud.

Lovely couple, great vegan food - Edit
We spent a lovely evening in the company of Natalia and Juan who welcomed us into
Read moretheir home which was situated in the mountains above Haría. We had the full vegan grill experience with wine. The food was prepared with care and tasted delicious. The vegan barbecue was excellent and the salsas and marinades really helped develop the flavours. We had a masterclass in the making and use of Maté in Argentinian culture and our Spanish greatly improved.
Cons: Not easy to find

It is much more than just the food and drinks that are served, as the two chefs showed us around their finca and explained us lots about the herbs they grow, the dishes they create and their philosophy.

Great experience - Edit
You definitely have to book a lunch or dinner here. You will be welcomed by Juan and Natalia at their cosy home (they live in a beautiful rural area), where you will also get a chance to visit their organic vegetable garden. You will then be served a rich Argentinian barbecue, grilled on charcoal and wood from La Palma island, so as to retain a wonderful flavour. The grill package consists of Argentinian empanadas, grilled tempeh, seitan, homemade chorizo and sauces, bell peppers. We also tried their homemade focaccia and a wonderful quince tart. And you will also enjoy Juan and Natalia’s interesting stories about Argentina, Lanzarote, and how they ended up on the island. And you will also enjoy Archie’s company, their sweet German shepherd.

Unforgettable experience - Edit
As Argentinians ourselves (and also their first Argie customers) we immediately jumped at an opportunity to taste a vegan version of our traditional ‘asado’. And what an unforgettable experience it was. This is no ordinary homemade food. From the incredibly flavourful empanadas down to the detail on the chorizo’s shape, texture, the sauces, it was all bursting with a very familiar flavour that I had not tried in years ever since we became vegan too. We could see how much thought and time was put into these recipes to make them taste like the real deal.
Read moreFood aside, our chefs Natalia and Juan really went the extra mile to make sure we were having a fantastic time. Their lovely home in the middle of the island next to a wind farm (what a view!!!) albeit off the beaten track is worth the drive.
So if you’re looking for a unique dining experience that is truly different, look no further. We loved it! Gracias!!!

A very personalised and humbling experience. - Edit
Thanks to Natalia and Juan for such a lovely evening and for making us feel so welcome in your home.
Read moreThe house is remotely located on top of a hill surrounded by natural beauty and wonderful views across the island.
This is not what we westerners might call "fine dining" but instead, it is a gratious couple who have been vegan for many years sharing their culinary skills with the general public many of whom like ourselves are on holiday and looking for something different.
Next time we are in Lanzarote we will head straight to them.

Unique and familiar atmosphere, must try - Edit
Natalie and Juan made us feel really welcome in their cozy home. They plant some of the food in their own garden, and everything is prepared with love, care and experience. The food was really tasty from starters till dessert. It felt really authentic, the two hosts are vegan themselves and had good tipps for vegan local wine.

Vegan Argentinian lunch in "family" - Edit
The place is amazing in the middle of the mountains. We ended up there in a rainy day. We were eating in the house of this amazing couple, both argentinians and very kind people. The salad, bread, the empanadas and the "meat" cooked on the grill was simply amazing, desert and mate as well. Everything homemade except seitan and temphe. We recomend a visit , it is an authentic different experience to do. As in a family lunch prepare to spend 2 hours at the table talking with these kind people. It was a great experience. Thank u guys!

Delicious Vegan BBQ - Edit
We came for a sundy lunch and had two starters, a salad, amazing BBQ and a desert and coffee. Everything was home made, vegan and organic. It was prepared with love by an argentinian couple who lives vegan and also works as cooks in the vegan restaurants in Arrecife. We can highly recommend. And you have a nice view from the top of the hill.

An unexpected gem - Edit
What a delightful way to spend an evening. Just the two of us being fed uniquely delicious food by our host. Freshly prepared and cooked. All washed down with a beer and local wine whilst watching the sunset and the moon rise. This was vegan food as good as you will get anywhere. Highly recommended
