Superato lo choc delle condizioni di prenotazione ( dare la carta di credito e accettare un addebito di 105 € in caso di mancata presentazione etc), wow. Posto molto bello e molto curato e raffinato. Servizio medio, una ragazza molto gentile, un signore un pò in affanno che ci lanciava le cose sul tavolo. Giardino segreto da provare, questa volta non è stato possibile.

After having tried it a couple of times with the dinner menu, we decided to try the Brunch. Amazing presentation as usual, good food but the taste is nothing extraordinary. I would say, it's better to go at lunch/dinner time.

I had read so many great things about this place on HappyCow that I took a train to Pietrasanta just for one evening, just to have dinner here. The restaurant is truly lovely, with an incredibly charming, romantic, and peaceful back garden (I highly recommend sitting here if you can). It’s clearly very popular and every table was reserved, so I’d definitely suggest booking in advance. Everything we ate was delicious, and the staff were kind and welcoming. The prices aren’t exactly cheap, but for a place of this quality I think they’re reasonable. I had a wonderful evening here!

Sono stata in questo posto già l’anno scorso e sono ritornata a Pietrasanta solo per mangiare qui. Cibo squisito, locale davvero bello, il giardinetto sul retro è un piccolo gioiello. Personale davvero gentile e non potete perdervi il loro Cacciucco. Tutto perfetto!

Nello splendido borgo chiamato Pietrasanta, tramite le stradine del centro, arriviamo in questo bellissimo e curatissimo ristorante. Ogni cosa è palesemente pensata con cura e sistemata con amore. Il giardinetto in cui abbiamo mangiato è puro relax e pace.

We were holidaying in Tuscany and took a special trip to Sementis, as the food looked too good to miss!
Read moreI had the cheese board (stunning), and the fritto misto (very unusual and I felt didn't quite stand alone so well, it felt more like a starter but a big portion). I also ordered a glass of red wine (I got them to recommend!), and they bring paper bags of bread round to the tables, to be warned - try not to fill up on bread, but it was needed with the cheese board!!
It was a beautiful meal, and I wouldn't hesitate to revisit if I was staying nearby.
The only thing I would say, is it was unbearably hot, as they didn't seem to have proper aircon, so it might be best to book outside if going during the summer and you don't do well in the heat!!

We have tried almost all vegan restaurants in Italy and finally one that has surprised us. We really enjoyed the cheeses plate and sushi. The pad thai was also really good. Make sure to call before going and to try the tiramisu.

We saw the reviews online and came with high expectations, but our expectations were not only met but exceeded! It’s a bit pricey, but completely justified considering the quality and the flavor! The restaurant is beautiful, the servers are super friendly - the food and wine is more than amazing! We will definitely visit again!!

Such good food! Although a tad more expensive than typical restaurants (still very reasonable!), Sementis has a wonderful menu for those who want authentic vegan italian food, as well as those looking for something more exotic. Food is presented in a gorgeous way and all tastes as if all flavours have been carefully crafted: wonderful!
